المستخلص: هدف البحث للتعرف على تحديد العلاقة بين تكامل سلسلة التوريد المستدامة وتعهيد خدمات الصيانة، وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين تكامل سلسلة التوريد المستدامة والتوجه الابتكاري، بالإضافة إلى توصيف العلاقة بين تعهيد خدمات الصيانة والتوجه الابتكاري بمجموعة الشركات محل الدراسة، وذلك بالاعتماد على عينة قدرها (456) مفرده من العاملين بقطاع الصيانة بشركات التكامل التشغيلي التابعة للمصرية للاتصالات داخل محافظة القاهرة فقط، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة بين تكامل سلسلة التوريد المستدامة وتعهيد خدمات الصيانة، وكذلك وجود علاقة بين تكامل سلسلة التوريد المستدامة والتوجه الابتكاري، كما توجد علاقة بين تعهيد خدمات الصيانة والتوجه الابتكاري، وأخيرا توجد علاقة بين تكامل سلسلة التوريد المستدامة والتوجه الابتكاري من خلال الدور الوسيط لتعهيد خدمات الصيانة بمجموعة الشركات محل الدراسة.

The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between the integration of the sustainable supply chain and the outsourcing of maintenance services, as well as to identify the relationship between the integration of the sustainable supply chain and the innovative orientation, in addition to describing the relationship between the outsourcing of maintenance services and the innovative orientation of the group of companies under study, based on a sample of (456) One of the workers in the maintenance sector in the operational integration companies affiliated with Telecom Egypt within the Cairo governorate only. Having applied research methodology, certain findings have been reached. Most important of which are:, the relationship between the integration of the sustainable supply chain and the outsourcing of maintenance services, as well as the existence of a relationship between the integration of the sustainable supply chain and the innovative approach, and there is a relationship between outsourcing Maintenance services and innovative orientation, and finally, there is a relationship between sustainable supply chain integration and innovative orientation through the mediating role of outsourcing maintenance services to the group of companies under study.
