المستخلص: يشهد التعليم العالي ببلادنا تحولات نوعية على مستويات متعددة، حيث أصبح الجميع يدرك بأن الاهتمام بالقضايا (التعليمية) يعتبر قضية وطنية، نظرا للدور التكويني الذي يمكن أن تضطلع به المؤسسة الجامعية الجزائرية، فالإنسان أصبح اليوم الثروة الحقيقية التي تراهن عليها المجتمعات الإنسانية.
فالتنافسية والسرعة والمعلوماتية وتحديات (العولمة) والانفجار المعرفي وتأهيل العنصر البشري، كلها عوامل تلزم المجتمع تبني فلسفة تكوينية رائدة تؤسس لنمط جديد من التعليم، وفي هذا المسعى تندرج الإصلاحات الجارية في قطاع التعليم العالي، وعلى وجه الخصوص المنوطة بالعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية من خلال مراجعة المناهج التعليمية وتبني مقاربة تكوينية أكاديمية كمنظور جديد داخل حقل البحث العلمي، وكبديل لأساليب الترويض والتنميط والتلقين التي تميزت بها البيداغوجيا التقليدية.
وفي إطار هذه الإصلاحات، حظيت العلوم الإنسانية وما يلحقها من تخصصات بمكانة خاصة نظرا للقدرة الوظيفية التي تملكها في مخاطبة العقل وتكوينه والمساهمة في بناء إنسان الغد، علاوة على ملامستها للواقع المعيش، لذلك لم يعد التكوين اليوم في الجامعة الجزائرية حبيس الحشو والتلقين (مع بعض التحفظ) بل في جعل المتعلم (لمتكون) قادرا على خوض تجربة التفكير الأصيل بنفسه، وتمكينه من ثقافة متنوعة، باعتماد طرائق تعليمية قائمة على (الحوار العقلاني) التواصلي بين المكون والمتكون هذا من أجل بناء شخصية النشء على الفضائل و(القيم الإنسانية) وفي ظل فلسفة تربوية تجعل من المتكون محورا للعملية التعليمية والتعلمية، ومن فضاء العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية لإنتاج المهارات والكفاءات للمضي قدما إلى ترسيخ ثقافة التنمية و(المواطنة).
ولمواكبة هذه الإصلاحات والتحولات والخيارات، بات من الضروري أن تحظى العلو الإنسانية والعلوم الاجتماعية بما تستحقه من أبحاث تربوية وبيداغوجية سعيا من جميع الفاعلين التربويين إلى الانفتاح على المستجدات رغبة منهم في بلورة مقاربات من شأنها أن تغنى تعليميتها، حتى تستطيع أن تضطلع بدورها العلمي والعملي كاملا.


L'enseignement supérieur dans notre pays connaît la qualité des changements à plusieurs niveaux, où tout le monde a pris conscience que l'attention aux questions (éducation) est une question nationale, étant donné le rôle formateur qui peut être joué par l'institution universitaire algérienne, l'homme d'aujourd'hui est la vraie richesse qui est le pari sur les sociétés humaines. La compétitivité, la rapidité, l'informatique, les défis de la mondialisation, l'explosion des connaissances et la réhabilitation de l'élément humain exigent que la société adopte une philosophie d'entraînement pionnière qui instaure un nouveau type d'éducation. les programmes d'enseignement et d'adopter une nouvelle approche académie de formation dans le domaine de la recherche scientifique, et comme une alternative aux méthodes de dressage de profilage et d'endoctrinement marqué par la pédagogie traditionnelle.
Dans le cadre de ces réformes, il a reçu les lettres et les spécialités suivantes de statut particulier en raison de la capacité fonctionnelle appartenant à aborder l'esprit, la composition et contribuer à la construction d'un homme de demain, ainsi que le contact avec la réalité de la vie, il est donc pas de formation plus aujourd'hui à l'université algérienne enfermés dans le rembourrage et l'endoctrinement (avec quelques réserves ), mais aussi pour rendre l'apprenant (formé) capable d'expérimenter l'auto-pensée propre, et permettre une variété de la culture, l'adoption de méthodes d'enseignement fondées sur le (un dialogue rationnel) de communication entre le composant et formé ce pour construire un peuple jeune personnel sur les vertus et (valeurs humaines), et à la lumière de la philosophie L'éducation en fait un Composé au centre du processus éducatif et d'apprentissage, et de l'espace sciences humaines et sociales pour produire les compétences et les compétences nécessaires pour aller de l'avant pour consolider la culture du développement et (citoyenneté).
Pour suivre ces réformes et les transformations et les options, il est nécessaire de recevoir la hauteur humanitaire et les sciences sociales qu'elle mérite la recherche éducative et pédagogique à la poursuite de tous les acteurs, les éducateurs d'ouvrir les derniers développements dans leur volonté de développer des approches qui chanteront Talimitha, afin qu'il puisse jouer son rôle de scientifique et pratique Complet.


Higher education in our country is witnessing qualitative transformations at multiple levels, as everyone now realizes that attention to the (educational) issues is considered a national issue, given the formative role that the Algerian university institution can play. Today, man has become the real wealth that human societies bet on.
Competitiveness, speed, informatics, challenges of (globalization), the explosion of knowledge, and the human element qualification are all factors that require society to adopt a pioneering formative philosophy that establishes a new type of education. In this endeavor, the ongoing reforms in the higher education sector, especially those related to the humanities and social sciences, are included by reviewing educational curricula and adopting a formative academic approach as a new perspective within the field of scientific research and as an alternative to the methods of dressage, stereotyping and indoctrination that characterized traditional pedagogy.
Within the framework of these reforms, the human sciences and the related disciplines were given a special place due to the functional ability they possess in addressing the mind and its formation and contributing to the building of the man of tomorrow and its contact with reality on ground. Therefore, training today in the Algerian University is no longer locked into filling and indoctrination (with some reservations) Rather, it is in making the learner (trainee) able to go through the experience of original thinking by himself, and enabling him to have a diverse culture, by adopting educational methods based on communicative (rational dialogue) between the trainer and this trainee to build the personality of the youth on virtues and (human values) and in light of the educational philosophy that makes the trainee the center of the teaching and learning process, and the space of human and social sciences to produce skills and competencies to move forward to consolidate the culture of development and (citizenship).
In order to keep pace with these reforms, transformations, and options, it has become imperative that the humanities and social sciences have the educational and pedagogical research they deserve, seeking all educational actors to be open to new developments in order to develop approaches that will enrich their education so that it can fully play its scientific and practical role.
