|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في جودة الحياة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية وكذلك العلاقة بين الصحة الجسمية والرضا الوظيفي والتفاعل الاجتماعي والحالة المادية والصحة النفسية من ناحية وجودة الحياة من ناحية، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٠٠) معلم من إدارتي الشروق والقاهرة الجديدة التعليمية بمحافظة القاهرة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي واعتمدت الدراسة أكثر على أسلوب دراسة الحالة نظرا لأنها ركزت على محافظة القاهرة، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على مقياس جودة الحياة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية (إعداد الباحثة) وقد أسفرت النتائج عن أنه: توجد علاقة موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ٠.٠١ بين كل من مستوى الصحة الجسمية ومستوى التفاعل الاجتماعي ومستوى الحالة المادية ومستوى الرضا الوظيفي من ناحية ومستوى جودة الحياة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية من ناحية.

|b The study aimed at the study factors in studying the factors affecting the quality of life between health, interaction, interaction and interaction, and the actual situation in terms of quality in terms of image, where the study sample consisted of (100) teachers from the departments of Sunrise and New Cairo Education in Cairo Governorate, they were chosen randomly.
