المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحقيق بعض أهداف النشاط الموسيقي من خلال إعداد برنامج في التربية الموسيقية في ضوء متطلبات طلاب التربية الموسيقية المهنية، ومساعدة الطلاب/ المعلمين في كيفية عمل فريق موسيقي مدرسي، وتدريب تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية على عمل الفريق الموسيقي وتحقيق بعض أهداف الأنشطة الموسيقية، واختيرت عينة البحث من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة، تخصص تربية موسيقية بكلية التربية النوعية، جامعة عين شمس في العام الجامعي 2011/2012، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل الدراسات والبحوث السابقة، والأدبيات، والمنهج التجريبي "ذو المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة"، لتطبيق البرنامج وتحديد كفاءة أداء طلاب التربية الموسيقية في تكوين فريق مدرسي، والتوصل إلى تحقيق بعض أهداف الأنشطة اللاصفية، وتم إعداد بطاقتي ملاحظة قبلي / بعدي لتعرف مستوى أداء طلاب التربية الموسيقية في النشاط الموسيقي المدرسي، والأخرى لتعرف مستوى أداء تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي في عمل (الفريق المدرسي) وتم إعداد برنامج تضمن (14 جلسة) وتدريسه للطلاب المعلمين (بواقع جلسة أسبوعيًا)، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية البرنامج في تحسين مستوى أداء الطلاب / المعلمين في كيفية عمل فريق موسيقي مدرسي، وتحسن أداء تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في بعض الأنشطة اللاصفية (فريق المدرسة)، وقد خرج البحث بعدة توصيات من أهمها: ضرورة ربط مقررات التربية الموسيقية لطلاب كلية التربية النوعية، بأهداف مراحل التعليم قبل الجامعي، ومتطلبات الطلاب المهنية، وكذلك التأكيد على أهمية الأنشطة اللاصفية في مناهج التربية الموسيقية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي، والاستعانة بالبرنامج المقترح في تدريب تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية على النشاط الموسيقي، والاهتمام بالأنشطة المدرسية في مراحل التعليم قبل الجامعي، وتحديثها وتحسينها لتدي دورها السليم، وكذلك العمل على نشر الثقافة الموسيقية، وتحفيز التلاميذ على الاشتراك في الأنشطة الموسيقية، ووضع الأنشطة اللاصفية في الخطة الدراسية، لإتاحة الفرصة أمام التلاميذ ممارستها.

The research aimed to achieve some of the objectives of musical activity by preparing a program in musical education in light of the requirements of students of professional musical education. It also aims to assist students/teachers in how to make a school music band, train elementary school students on making a musical band, and achieve some of the goals of musical activities. The research sample was selected from the fourth-year students specializing in musical education at the Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University, in the academic year 2011/2012. The descriptive-analytical approach was used to describe and analyze previous studies and research, literature, and "one group" experimental approach, to apply the program and identify the efficiency of performance of music education students in forming a school team, and to achieve some of the objectives of extra-curricular activities. Two pre-and-post note cards were prepared to understand the performance level of musical education students in school music activity; the other was to understand the level of performance of the sixth-grade elementary students in making (school team). A program that included (14 sessions) was prepared and taught to teachers (one session per week). The study results showed the effectiveness of the program in improving student/teacher performance in how a school music team works and improving the performance of primary school students in some extra-curricular activities (school team). The research came out with several recommendations, the most important of which include the need to link musical education courses for students of the Faculty of Specific Education with the objectives of pre-university education stages and the student's professional requirements. It also recommended emphasizing the importance of extra-curricular activities in the curricula of music education in pre-university schools, using the proposed program to train elementary students in musical activity, and paying attention to school activities at pre-university levels, modernizing and improving them to fulfill their role properly besides working for dissemination of musical culture, motivating pupils to participate in musical activities, and placing extra-curricular activities in the school plan so that the students have the opportunity to practice it.
