520 |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان منظومة المقاصد وصلتها بالمنظور الأمني على صعيد المجتمع المسلم والعالم أجمع. وتتخذ الدراسة منهجا وصفيا تحليليا؛ إذ ترصد ملامح الفكر المقاصدي، ثم تحلل مسلماته تحليلا يوصلها بمقومات الأمن الفردي والاجتماعي والأممي.\nوقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المقاصد منظومة تشريعية أخلاقية قيمية، تتمثل في كليات كبرى وقواعد عامة صالحة لأن تكون مرتكز الأمة في تأسيس منظومتها الاجتماعية، وترسيخ دعائم أمنها، وذلك بما توفره الملكة المقاصدية من قدرة على التأصيل المصلحي لقضايا الأمة والعالم، وما تورثه من مكنة على الاستيعاب والاستقراء، والترتيب والتقريب، والموازنة والتغليب، إضافة إلى اتصالها الوثيق بالفقه المآلي في بعديه الوقائي والعلاجي. وهي إمكانات وطاقات لو أتيحت للأمة أن تجيد صناعتها لاستعادت عافيتها وفاعليتها، وكانت، كما وصفها الذكر الحكيم، خير أمة أخرجت للناس، فتعيش آمنة مطمئنة، ولها بهجة منظر المجتمع في مرأى بقية الأمم، حتى تكون مرغوبا في الاندماج فيها أو في التقرب منها.\n 
520 |f This study aims to clarify the system of objectives and its relevance to the security perspective at the level of Muslim community and the world at large. The study takes a descriptive and analytical approach, as it detects the features of intentional thought, then analyzes its assumptions connecting them to the elements of individual, social and international security.\nThe study concluded that the objectives are valuable moral legislative system, represented by major colleges and general rules that are valid for being the basis of the nation in establishing its social system and consolidating the foundations of its security, with the ability of the fundamental objectives to establish the interest of the issues of the nation and the world, and the power it inherits on absorption, extrapolation, arranging and approximation, balancing and prevailing, in addition to its close connection with financial jurisprudence in its preventive and therapeutic dimensions. They are capabilities and energies that if the nation were to be able to excel its industry, it would regain its health and effectiveness, as it was described by the holy Quran, ‘’ You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind, so it should live safe and secure, and get a mean of the delight for the rest of the nations, so that it would be desirable to integrate with it or to be close to it.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
