|b The purpose of this research is to find the relationship between Quality of Work Life and organizational commitment. The data was collected from random governmental Saudi Arabian hospitals. This research was applied to a sample of 116 employees. The result of the study has indicated that there is a significant relationship between Quality of Work Life and organizational commitment. The research has recommended that organizations need to improve the Quality of Work Life in order to increase the employees’ organizational commitment; thus, increase the organization’s productivity.
