المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين ظاهرة الاغتراب الوظيفي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى قادة المدارس في محافظة بلقرن، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتطبيقها على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة المسح الشامل من قادة المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة بلقرن والبالغ عددهم (262) قائداً، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة النهائية (161) معلم، بنسبة (61.4%) من إجمالي المجتمع، وأسفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج أهمها: أن مستوى الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى قادة محافظة بلقرن جاء بدرجة متوسطة، حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى المجال الأول: الروح المعنوية والحافزية بدرجة متوسطة، وفي المرتبة الثانية المجال الثاني: فقدان المعايير والقيم التنظيمية، وفي المرتبة الثالثة المجال الرابع: غربة الذات المهنية، وفي المرتبة الرابعة المجال الثالث: العزلة الاجتماعية بدرجة متوسطة، وتبين من النتائج على أن قادة محافظة بلقرن لديهم مستوى عال من الدافعية للإنجاز، جاء في مقدمتها اعتقادهم بأن العمل المهني هو جزء من مسئوليتهم تجاه الوطن، يقومون بالعمل كما يمليه عليهم واجبهم وضميرهم، ويتطلعون إلى إنجاز الأعمال بسرعة وجودة عالية، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 ≥ α بين ظاهرة الاغتراب الوظيفي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى قادة المدارس بمحافظة بلقرن، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: العمل على إزالة مسببات الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى قادة المدارس نظرا لتأثيرها على الدفاعية للإنجاز لديهم، من خلال العمل على ترك بعض الصلاحيات لقادة المدارس وعدم إلزامهم بالرجوع في كافة الأمور المدرسية إلى مكاتب التعليم.

The study aimed to emphasize on the relationships among the job alienation and the motives to achieve within the Balqarn Governorate Schools leaders, as to fulfill the study objectives, the descriptive correlated approach was used. A questionnaire was used as a tool for study and was applied to a sample that was selected by a comprehensive survey of 262 public school leaders in Balqarn governorate. The sample of the final study reached (161) teachers, at rate of (61.4%) of the total study' society. The study concluded to many results, among of which are: The level of work alienation among the leaders of Balqarn governorate came to an average, with the first place being: the morale and the motivation to a medium degree, and second place the second field: the loss of organizational standards and values, third place came the fourth field: functional alienation, in the fourth rank came the third field: social isolation in a moderate level. From the concluded results, it was found that the Balqarn School leaders are possessing higher levels of achievements motivation, in the forefront was their belief that professional work is part of their responsibility towards their homeland, they do the work as dictated by their duty and conscience, and look forward to the completion of the work quickly and at high quality. . The results revealed a statistically significant correlation at the level of α<= 0.05 between the phenomenon of functional expatriation and motivation for achievement among school leaders in Balqarn governorate. In light of these results, the most important recommendations are: Working to remove the causes of career alienation among school leaders because of their influence on the defense of their achievement, by working to leave some powers to school leaders and not to oblige them to refer in all school matters to the educational offices.
