المستخلص: شهد العالم في السنوات الأخيرة جملة من التحديات ذات أبعاد سياسية واقتصادية وتربوية واجتماعية وثقافية، وشكلت تلك التحديات بأبعادها المختلفة منطلقاً لدعوات عديدة بضرورة إصلاح النظام التعليمي بجميع مداخلاته وعمليات ومخرجاته، خصوصا في ضوء عجز النظام التعليمي الحالي عن مواجهة التحديات التي أفرزها تحول العالم من مجتمع صناعي إلى مجتمع معرفي، لهذا تتسابق كتير من الدول لإصلاح نظمها التربوية بهدف إعداد مواطنيها لهذا المجتمع الجديد، ولمواجهة تلك التحديات والتحولات لابد من التحرر من تقليدية التربية، والذي أصبح اليوم أمرا ضروريا، وذلك بالانفتاح على تقنيات العصر التي فرضت نفسها على مجتمعاتنا العربية، وعلى بيئتنا التعليمية، فلم يعد الهدف يقتصر . فقط. على اكتساب الطالب المعارف والحقائق، بل تعداه إلى تنمية مهاراته وقدراته وبناء شخصيته ليكون قادرا على التفاعل مع متغيرات العصر، ومن ثم ينعكس ذلك إيجابا على المجتمع، فيصبح قادرا على توليد المعرفة، وإنتاجها، ونشرها، وتضييق الفجوة المعرفية الكبير بيننا وبين الدول التي وصلت إلى مرحلة مجتمع المعرفة. والخدمة الاجتماعية لا تقل أهمية عن العلوم الأخرى لتطوير سبل تعليمها، فهي مهنة لها مقوماتها الفنية وأساليبها العلمية التي يمكن تطويرها من خلال الاستفادة من وسائل تكنولوجيا التعليم الإلكتروني في إعداد الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون لمواكبة تطورات العصر.

In recent years, the world has witnessed a number of challenges with political, economic, educational, social and cultural dimensions, and these challenges in their various dimensions formed the starting point for many calls for the need to reform the educational system with all its interventions, processes and outputs, especially in light of the inability of the current educational system to meet the challenges created by the transformation of the world from an industrial society To a knowledge society, that is why many countries are racing to reform their educational systems with the aim of preparing their citizens for this new society, and in order to face these challenges and transformations, it is necessary to break free from traditional education, which today has become necessary, by opening up to the modern technologies that imposed themselves on our Arab societies and our environment. Educational, the goal is no longer limited - only - to the student’s acquisition of knowledge and facts, but rather to develop his skills and abilities and build his personality to be able to interact with the changes of the age, and then this will be reflected positively on society, so that he becomes able to generate knowledge, produce it, and disseminate it, And narrowing the large knowledge gap between us and the countries that have reached the stage of a knowledge society Social service is no less important than other sciences to develop its teaching methods, as it is a profession that has its technical components and scientific methods that can be developed by making use of the means of e-learning technology in preparing social workers to keep pace with the developments of the times.
