|a وصلت البلاغة أوج عزها في القرنين الرابع والخامس الهجريين على يد نفر من النقاد جعلوا جل اهتمامهم تذوق النص. حتى جاء السكاكي في القرن السابع فانتقلت البلاغة من التذوق والفن إلى الغاية التعليمية، وتعطلت بقية وظائفها. وقد بُذلت محاولات كثيرة لتطوير البلاغة كي تعود كما كانت أداة قوية؛ توزن بها الأعمال الأدبية، ويتذوق بها الجمال الفني في أداءات البلغاء، ويوازن بين شاعر وشاعر، أو كاتب وكاتب. ويقدم كل ممارس للبحث البلاغي ما يراه يفيد في هذا المجال. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتنظر في محاولات التجديد، محاولة إضافة لبنة في فكر البلاغيين العرب، راجية أن تحقق الدراسة مبتغاها. وهذه الدراسة تحمل عنوان: البلاغة العربية بين التعليم والتذوق. قدمت لها بتمهيد تحدثت فيه عن تعريف البلاغة، ثم نشأتها، ثم وظائفها قديما. والمبحث الأول يحمل عنوان: البلاغة والتذوق. والمبحث الثاني عنوانه: البلاغة والتعليم. والمبحث الثالث: اتجاهات التجديد في البلاغة العربية. والمبحث الرابع: منهج مقترح لتطوير دراسة البلاغة العربية. ثم الخاتمة وبها أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة، ثم المصادر والمراجع.

|b Arabic Rhetoric reached its apex during the 4th and the 5th Hijri centuries at the hands of a number of critics who were mainly dedicated to tasting texts, till the 7th century when Alsakaki, Rhetoric was transformed from taste and art into a learning aim while its other functions failed. Many endeavors have been exerted to promote Rhetoric so that it would regain its status as an efficient tool for appreciating literary works, tasting the aesthetics of rhetoricians’ works, comparing between authors or poets. Each researcher in the field of rhetorical studies does his best to promote this field and the current study is an attempt to investigate the renewal endeavors, hoping to constitute an addition to the Arab rhetorical thought. The current study is entitled, "Arabic Rhetoric: Learning vs. Taste." It is divided into: An introduction incorporating the definition of Rhetoric, its genesis, its classical functions. Chapter One: Rhetoric and Taste. Chapter Two: Rhetoric and Learning. Chapter Three: Renewal Trends in Arabic Rhetoric. Chapter Four: A proposed Method for developing the teaching of the Arabic Rhetoric. Conclusion incorporating the results and the references.
