المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة للفكر التربوي الشيعي عند مرتضى مطهري من خلال كتاب "داستان راستان" (سير الصادقين)، وقد اتبعت فيه المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي النقدي لتحليل وشرح ونقد هدف كل قصة يتناولها الشيخ في كتابه محل البحث. أما عن أهمية دراسة موضوعات الكتاب، فإنها تهدف إلى تأصيل هذه القيم الأخلاقية والتربوية في أجيال المستقبل؛ فالشيخ مرتضى مطهري هو عالم دين وفيلسوف إسلامي ومفكر كبير وإحيائي صاحب مشروع، وفقيه ملتزم، وفيلسوف يعيش هموم الأمة وآمالها، ويعد من المجتهدين والمضطلعين في علوم التفسير، والفقه، وأصول الدين، والفلسفة الإسلامية. وكان من أوائل المؤيدين والمناصرين لثورة السيد الخميني، واستلهم منه التهذيب وتزكية النفس، والاهتمام بشؤون المجتمع والاهتمام بإصلاح حالة الأمة. ولذلك كان في كل مؤلفاته وأعماله العلمية والعملية مهتما بتحقيق ما يصبو إليه من إصلاح وإحياء، ويعد الشهيد مطهري من أولئك الدعاة الذين نذروا أنفسهم لإصلاح المجتمع الإيراني مبتدئا بإصلاح المفاهيم ومحاربة الانحرافات الفكرية كمقدمة ضرورية لإحياء الدين في المجتمع. فقد استطاع الشيخ من خلال كتابه "داستان راستان" (سير الصادقين) محل البحث جمع قصص الصادقين والأخيار من كتب التاريخ والسير والتراجم، وقد اختار الشيخ في مؤلفه هذا أسلوب القصة، لما للقصة من واقع كبير في النفس الإنسانية، ولما لها من تأثير فعال على القارئ المسلم الذي تنطبع قصص أبطال الإسلام في ذاكرته، فيهتدي بها ولما لها من سيرة الأئمة الأطهار وصحبة الأبرار أسوة حسنة. وقد استنتجت من هذا البحث على الرغم من تنوع مضامينه أنه ذو هدف واحد ألا وهو خلق الشخصية الإسلامية الملتزمة التي تلتمس منارات الهدى والإصلاح في طريقها الشائك الطويل، ولابد لهذه الشخصية أن تتزود بالتقوى ومكارم الأخلاق، والترفع عن الصغائر، والعفو عن المسيء، ومقابلة الإساءة بالإحسان، والتواضع حتى تصل إلى الهدف المرجو.

This research deals with a study of the Shiite educational thought of Mortezā Motahharī through the book "Dastan Rastan" (biography of the truthful people). As for the importance of studying the book’s topics, it aims at rooting these moral and educational values in future generations In it, I followed the descriptive and the analytical method to analyze and explain the goal of each story that the Sheikh addresses in his book in question. And Sheikh Murtadha Mutahhari is a religious scholar, an Islamic philosopher, a great thinker and a revivalist who has a project, a committed jurist, and a philosopher who lives the worries and hopes of the nation, and is considered one of the mujtahids and those in the sciences of interpretation, jurisprudence, the fundamentals of religion and Islamic philosophy. He was one of the first supporters and supporters of Mr. Khomeini’s revolution. He was inspired by discipline and self-purification. He was one of the first supporters of Mr. Khomeini’s revolution, and he was inspired by him to refine and purify oneself, and to take care of community affairs and pay attention to reforming the state of the nation. Therefore, in all his scientific and practical writings and works, he was interested in achieving what they wanted to reform and revive. Martyr Mutahhari is one of those preachers who pushed themselves to reform Iranian society, beginning with reforming concepts and fighting intellectual deviations as a necessary prelude to reviving religion in society. Through his book Dastan Rastan Siert Elsadkeen in question, the sheikh was able to collect the stories of the truthful and the good guys from the books of history, biographies and translations. In his book, the Sheikh chose the style of the story because of the great reality of the story on the human soul, and because it has an effective impact on the Muslim reader, whose stories of the heroes of Islam are imprinted in his memory, so that he is guided by them and because of the biography of the pure imams and the companions of the righteous I have deduced from this research with various implications, but it meets one goal, which is to create a committed Islamic personality that seeks beacons of guidance and reform on its long thorny path, and through this path, it must be equipped with piety and good morals, standing above the sins, and forgiving the offender. And meet the offense with charity, and humility until you reach the desired goal
