المستخلص: Current search goal to: To know the effectiveness of a training program based on the theory of Therese (TIRZ) in the development of skills of the production of physical devices alternative to students of the Faculty of Education. The proposed training program has been built according to the following steps. 1. Determine the foundations of the program in light of: (Trez) (the barrier of Yemeni society and nature in the present era, modern scientific knowledge, characteristics of the good teacher, the nature of physics, the principles of the theory of Therese (TIRZ). 2. Building the proposed program: This was done through: (Determining the objectives of the program in the light of the foundations, selecting the appropriate equipment to achieve the objectives of the program, identifying the appropriate means and educational activities in the training sessions, determining the steps of implementing the program, identifying appropriate evaluation tools). The study program was prepared for all students in the fourth level, Physics Department, Faculty of Education, Amran, for the academic year 2016-2017, the first semester, which reached 50 students, and then the use of statistical methods using the statistical program SPSS21, in processing the results obtained as a result of the application of the search tools in advance and periodically to the group. The results of the research showed the following: There are statistically significant differences (in the level of 0.001) between the average scores of students in the note card to produce alternative physical devices from the raw materials of the environment, as a whole and each skill separately before and after application of the program for the benefit of the post application.
