المستخلص: In light of the major challenges has become involved in the education of the Arab public model and the Kuwaiti private became a teaching performance need to be reviewed or rather self and objective assessment at the same time, though this is linked to all levels of education , without exception, the primary is the primary entrance fundamental to create new educational strategies and policies for education to meet the needs of the student social and cultural surroundings and reflect the spirit of the age in which he lives, therefore comes this research to analyzes the reality of the performance of the Kuwaiti teacher primary school in terms of motives and appearances in search of achieving effective more in terms of yield and educational knowledge, and based on these analyzes Ali applied study on a sample of primary teachers six educational areas, in other words, this research attempts to answer the question the effect: what is the impact of some personal variables (represented by the Gender and qualified academic and scientific specialization and years of experience) for primary teachers in Kuwait Ali teaching performance? To answer this question the research was divided into four main areas: firstly respect basic Profiles that define the dimensions, Second: represents the theoretical framework which reveals the reality of the manifestations of teaching performance and provides a number of previous studies, the third represents the methodological framework of the research from the identification of search type and its variables and Frodah the borders and the research community leading to the diagnosis of methodological procedures that relied on them, most recently: provides search results in light of the six sub - questions, as research concluded: -The presence of statistically significant differences in the relationship between the effectiveness of teaching performance compared to variable sex, came in favor of females according to personal and objective considerations. -The presence of statistically significant differences in the relationship between the effectiveness of teaching performance compared Academic Qualifications variable, it came in favor of the holders of bachelor's degrees compared to the holders of bachelor's degree and diploma. -The presence of statistically significant differences in the relationship between the effectiveness of teaching performance compared to variable scientific specialization, came in favor of specialists in applied studies compared to specialists in human studies. - The lack of statistically significant differences in the relationship between the effectiveness of teaching performance compared to variable years of experience, taking into account the many educational and administrative factors, and subjective as well, affecting the lack of differences.

في ضوء التحديات الكبرى التي بات ينطوي عليها النموذج التربوي العربي عامة والكويتي خاصة أصبح الأداء التدريسي في حاجة إلى إعادة نظر أو بالأحرى تقييم ذاتي وموضوعي في آن واحد، وإن كان هذا الأمر يرتبط بكافة المراحل التعليمية بلا استثناء فإن المرحلة الابتدائية تعد هي الأولي والمدخل الأساسي لخلق استراتيجيات تربوية جديدة وسياسات تعليمية تلبي حاجات التلميذ ومحيطه الاجتماعي والثقافي وتعكس روح العصر الذي يعيش فيه، بناء عليه يأتي هذا البحث ليتناول بالتحليل واقع أداء المعلم الكويتي بالمرحلة الابتدائية من حيث الدوافع والمظاهر بحثا عن تحقيق فاعلية أكثر من حيث المردود التربوي والمعرفي، وتستند هذه التحليلات على دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بالمناطق التعليمية الستة، بمعني آخر يحاول هذا البحث الإجابة على تساؤل مؤداه: ما مدي تأثير بعض المتغيرات الشخصية (متمثلة في الجنس والمؤهل الدراسي والتخصص العلمي وسنوات الخبرة) لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت على الأداء التدريسي؟ للإجابة على هذا التساؤل انقسم البحث إلى أربعة محاور أساسية أولها: يختص بالملامح الأساسية التي تحدد أبعاده، ثانيها: يمثل الإطار النظري الذي يكشف عن واقع ومظاهر الأداء التدريسي ويقدم عددا من الدراسات السابقة، ثالثها: يمثل الإطار المنهجي للبحث بدءا من تحديد نوع البحث ومتغيراته وفروضه وحدوده ومجتمع البحث وصولا إلى تشخيص الإجراءات المنهجية التي استند عليها، آخرها: يقدم نتائج البحث في ضوء التساؤلات الستة الفرعية، إذ توصل البحث إلى: - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في العلاقة بين فاعلية الأداء التدريسي قياسا بمتغير الجنس، وقد جاءت لصالح الإناث وفقا لاعتبارات شخصية وموضوعية. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في العلاقة بين فاعلية الأداء التدريسي قياسا بمتغير المؤهل الدراسي، وقد جاءت لصالح حاملي درجة البكالوريوس مقارنة بحاملي درجة الليسانس والدبلوم. -وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في العلاقة بين فاعلية الأداء التدريسي قياسا بمتغير التخصص العلمي، وقد جاءت لصالح المتخصصين في الدراسات التطبيقية مقارنة بالمتخصصين في الدراسات الإنسانية. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في العلاقة بين فاعلية الأداء التدريسي قياسا بمتغير سنوات الخبرة، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار العديد من العوامل التربوية والإدارية، والذاتية أيضا، التي تؤثر في عدم وجود الفروق.
