يشهد العصر الحالي العديد من المتغيرات السريعة والمتلاحقة الناجمة عن الثورة العلمية والمعرفية، والتقدم في وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وما واكب ذلك من ظهور العولمة بمظاهرها المختلقة وما نجم عنها من تحديات معاصرة، لها بعض التداعيات السلبية، والتي تعاني منها كثير من المجتمعات، مثل انتشار العنف والتطرف، والإخلال بالحقوق والواجبات، وضعف التمسك بالقيم الوطنية الأصيلة وانتشار القيم الوافدة، وغيرها من المظاهر التي أضعفت قيم المواطنة لدي الشباب لذا يسعى المجتمع إلى تنمية المواطنة لدى أبنائه من خلال الوسائل المتنوعة ومؤسساته المختلفة ومنها المدارس الثانوية وذلك من خلال ما تقدمه من أنشطة طلابية وبرامج متعددة أولا: مشكلة الدراسة 1. ما الواقع الفعلي للأنشطة الطلابية في مدارس الثانوية العامة في محافظه الدقهلية؟ 2. ما دور الأنشطة الطلابية التي تقدمها المدرسة الثانوية العامة في تنمية المواطنة لدي طلابها 3. ما معوقات الأنشطة الطلابية في تحقيق تنمية المواطنة لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية العامة؟ ما التصور المقترح لتفعيل دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تنمية المواطنة لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية العامة؟ ثانيا: أهداف الدراسة 1. رصد الواقع الفعلي للأنشطة الطلابية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية العامة. 2. التعرف على دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تنمية المواطنة لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية العامة. 3. تحديد معوقات الأنشطة الطلابية في تحقيق تنمية المواطنة لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية العامة. التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تنمية المواطنة لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية العامة. ثالثا: أهمية الدراسة 1. إلقاء الضوء على أهمية الأنشطة الطلابية التي تقدمها المدرسة الثانوية العامة في تنمية المواطنة لدي الطلاب. 2. ضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية قيم المواطنة عند الطلاب في هذه المرحلة العمرية الحرجة التي يتشكل فيها إدراك الطلاب ووجدانهم وحسهم الوطني في المرحلة التي تمر بها البلاد والمنطقة العربية. تظهر أهمية الدراسة من خلال ما توصلت إليه نتائج الدراسات السابقة من أن الأنشطة الطلابية تلعب دورا كبيرا في تنمية شخصية الطلاب وتنمية قدراتهم ومواهبهم المختلفة وبأنها جزء لا يتجزأ من العملية التعليمية. رابعا: المنهج المستخدم اعتمد الباحث علي المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة البحث حيث يسعي البحث لوصف الواقع الفعلي للأنشطة الطلابية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي في بعض مدارس محافظه الدقهلية ومدي إسهام الأنشطة في تنمية المواطنة لدي الطلاب وكانت أدواته عبارة عن استبيانه تم تصميمها لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ولقد سارت الدراسة من خلال عدة إجراءات تناولها الباحث في جزئيين أولا: الجزء النظري: ويتضمن أهمية الأنشطة الطلابية، أهداف الأنشطة الطلابية، أسس الأنشطة الطلابية، أنواع الأنشطة الطلابية، المواطنة، عناصر المواطنة، أبعاد المواطنة، قيم المواطنة، مكونات أساسية للمواطنة. ثانيا الجزء الميداني: ويتضمن أهداف الدراسة الميدانية، أدوات الدراسة الميدانية، عينة الدراسة الميدانية، حدود الدراسة الميدانية، المعالجة الإحصائية للدراسة الميدانية، النتائج المستخلصة من المعالجة الإحصائية، وأخيرا النتائج العامة الدراسة ومقترحات وتوصيات البحث

What is the actual reality of the student activities in the secondary schools in Dakahlia governorate? 2. What are the obstacles of student activities in achieving the development of citizenship among high school students? To come up with a proposed vision to activate the role of student activities in the development of citizenship among high school students. Third: The importance of the study 1. Highlighting the importance of the student activities offered by the public secondary school in developing the students’ citizenship. 2. the need to pay attention to the development of the values of citizenship in the students at this critical age stage, which is the perception of students and their sense and national sense at the stage experienced by the country and the Arab region. The importance of the study is shown by the results of the previous studies that the student activities play a big role in the development of students’ personality and development of their abilities and talents as an integral part of the educational process. Fourth: The Curriculum used The researcher relied on the descriptive approach in order to suit the nature of the research. The research aims to describe the actual reality of the student activities in secondary schools in some schools in Dakahlia Governorate and the contribution of the activities in developing the students’ citizenship. The tools were a questionnaire designed to achieve the objectives of the study The study went through several procedures dealt with by the researcher in two parts First: The theoretical part: It includes the importance of student activities, the objectives of student activities, the foundations of student activities, types of student activities, citizenship, elements of citizenship, citizenship dimensions, citizenship values and basic components of citizenship. Second: the field part: The objectives of the field study include the tools of the field study, the sample of the field study, the limits of the field study, the statistical processing of the field study, the results of statistical processing, Finally, the general results study, suggestions and research recommendations
