The basic linguistic purpose of terminology accounts for the lion’s share of the term included in the scientific or technical discourse “specialized discourse” produced by various fields of science and knowledge, as a result of the revolution caused by the acceleration of the pace of development as well as a result of the media explosion that led to the emergence of a huge number of new terms. On the basis of this understanding, the specialized scientific writing is the backbone of the term and its foundation is its concept. If both the science of terminology and the term industry are looking at the relationship between scientific concepts and the linguistic terms that express them, then the documentary research constitutes a necessary template for any terminological research in order to investigate accuracy, precision, attention and clarity in translating the languages of the specialty, also, in order to achieve the desired goal, which is the competence of a single scientific concept with a single term, so that the translated texts have accurate, precise and high quality of significance, in addition to the utmost clarity of meaning and soundness of style, in order to feel the way to a good specialized translation. Based on the above mentioned, we seek through this research paper to examine the following questions: What is the extent of the contribution of terminology and the documentation process in seeking and collecting information, as well as controlling the terms used and extracting the ideal type of translation? How does the “terminologist, specialist, and translator” achieve the parameters of the optimal terminological features defined for standards of quality in light of the current terminological confusion and chaos? What is the method of translation to be followed by the translator in order to evaluate and improve the specialized text resulting from the translation? This abstract was translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc تستأثر الغاية اللسانية الأساسية للمصطلحية بنصيب الأسد في المصطلح المتضمن في الخطاب العلمي أو التقني "الخطاب المتخصص" الذي تنتجه شتى ميادين العلم والمعرفة، بفعل الثورة الناجمة عن تسارع وتيرة التطور وكذا جراء الانفجار الإعلامي الذي أدى إلى ظهور عدد هائل من المصطلحات الجديدة. وتأسيسا على هذا الفهم، فإن الكتابة العلمية المتخصصة عصبها المصطلح وقوامها مفهومه، وإذا كان كل من علم المصطلح وصناعة المصطلح يبحثان في العلاقة بين المفاهيم العلمية والمصطلحات اللغوية التي تعبر عنها، فإن البحث التوثيقي يشكل قالبا ضروريا لأي بحث مصطلحي بغية تحري الدقة والإحكام والعناية والوضوح في ترجمة لغات التخصص، وكذلك من أجل تحقيق الهدف المنشود ألا وهو اختصاص المفهوم العلمي الواحد بمصطلح واحد لتكون النصوص المنقولة ذات دلالة دقيقة ومضبوطة وذات جودة عالية بالإضافة إلى توخي أقصى درجات وضوح المعنى وسلامة الأسلوب، بغية تحسس الطريق إلى الترجمة المتخصصة الجيدة. وتأسيسا على ما سلف بسطه، نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية لمدارسة الإشكاليات التالية: ما مدى إسهام كل من المصطلحية وعملية التوثيق في مناشدة المعلومة وتجميعها وكذا ضبط المصطلحات المستعملة واستخلاص النوع المثالي من الترجمة؟ كيف تحقق حلقة "المصطلحي- صاحب الاختصاص- المترجم" معالم الدائرة المصطلحية المثلى المحددة لمعايير الجودة في ظل الاضطراب والفوضى المصطلحية الحالية؟ وما هي منهجية النقل الواجب إتباعها من قبل المترجم بغية تقويم النص المتخصص الناتج عن الترجمة وتجويده؟ La rédaction scientifique spécialisée s’articule autour du terme et de son concept, dans ce sens, il est évident que les scientifiques disposent d’une terminologie précise et préparée par les terminologues, alors que les traducteurs – lors de l’acte traductif – sont concernés par les termes et doivent savoir comment les traiter. Il est tout à fait essentiel de noter que la recherche documentaire est un modèle nécessaire pour toute recherche terminologique afin d’atteindre l’objectif souhaité, à savoir la compétence du concept scientifique unique d’un terme unique, pour que les textes transmis soient exacts, précis et de haute qualité, en plus, la visée est de paver la voie à une plus grande clarté du sens et du style, afin de donner un sens à la bonne traduction spécialisée. L’une des problématiques pertinentes soulevées dans le domaine de la traductologie, est celle qui traite les poly traductions du terme. En effet, les problèmes terminologiques se manifestent quand nous confronterons plusieurs équivalents arabes pour désigner un seul terme étranger. Il en résulte que la multiplicité de ces termes et leur vitesse de propagation a donné lieu aux problèmes de transmission, d’utilisation ainsi que de compréhension. La visée de cette étude est de donner des réponses à ces questions : dans quelle mesure la terminologie et la documentation contribuent-elles à améliorer la traduction spécialisée ainsi que l’accès aux résultats qui limitent, ce problème de multiplicité, et permettent d’ajuster la qualité des textes spécialisés? Comment le cercle terminologique réalise-t-il les normes de qualité dans le contexte de propagation du phénomène de chaos terminologique arabe en traduction? Quelle est donc la méthodologie de transfert – à adopter – par le traducteur pour évaluer et améliorer le texte spécialisé résultant de la traduction? |
