المستخلص: This study discussed the reality of the competencies of faculty members of the principles of education at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University from the viewpoint of female university students, to be aimed at knowing the reality of the competencies of members of the faculty of pedagogy of education; Through knowledge of the reality of competencies (educational competencies, personal competencies, university and community service competencies, scientific research competencies), the researcher used the descriptive method in her study, where the questionnaire was applied to the study community represented by Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University students, by selecting a random sample Of her female students, it was estimated that they numbered 331. And using the statistical analysis of the study, the most important results of the study were that it showed the availability of educational competencies for members of the teaching staff of education and a high degree, in general, with an average of (3.95 out of 5.00) and these advantages were to enhance the positive trends of the country for female students, and it was clear from the results of the second question The availability of the level of personal competencies for members and with a high degree in general, with an average of (4.19 out of 5.00), and the most prominent competencies were represented in a positive communication with female students, and from the results of the third question, it became clear that these competencies are available to members in a high degree in general, and with an average of ( 3.89 out of 5.00), and the most prominent of these competencies is the encouragement of female students to volunteer work, as shown by the results of the fourth question of the available study, the competencies of faculty members of pedagogy in scientific research and a degree (high) in general with an average of (3.82 from 5.00), and the most prominent These competencies encourage female students to do research projects. The study recommended to determine the needs of the faculty members in light of the modern orientations of the educational work, while setting specific standards for the levels of educational competencies necessary for the faculty members, and the necessity of conducting more studies and research to measure and develop the teaching competencies of the faculty members, in other disciplines.

ناقشت هذه الدراسة واقع كفايات أعضاء هيئة تدريس أصول التربية في جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز من وجهة نظر طالبات الجامعة، بحيث هدفت إلى معرفة واقع كفايات أعضاء هيئة تدريس أصول التربية؛ من خلال معرفة واقع كفايات (الكفايات التعليمية، الكفايات الشخصية، كفايات خدمة الجامعة والمجتمع، كفايات البحث العلمي)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في دراستها، حيث طبقت أداة الاستبيان على مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل بطالبات جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز، من خلال اختيار عينة عشوائية من طالباتها وقدر عددهن بـ (٣٣١) طالبة. وباستخدام التحليل الإحصائية لنتائج الدراسة، كان أهم نتائج الدراسة بأنه تبين توافر الكفايات التعليمية لأعضاء هيئة تدريس أصول التربية وبدرجة عالية، بشكل عام، وبمتوسط بلغ (3.95 من 5.00) وتمثلت أبرز هذه الكفايات في تعزيز الاتجاهات الإيجابية للوطن عند الطالبات، واتضح من نتائج السؤال الثاني توافر مستوى الكفايات الشخصية للأعضاء وبدرجة عالية بشكل عام، وبمتوسط بلغ (٤,١٩ من 5.00)، وتمثلت أبرز الكفايات في ذلك التواصل بشكل إيجابي مع الطالبات، ومن نتائج السؤال الثالث اتضح توافر هذه الكفايات للأعضاء وبدرجة عالية بشكل عام، وبمتوسط بلغ (٣.٨٩ من ٥.٠٠)، وأبرز هذه الكفايات هي تشجيع الطالبات على الأعمال التطوعية، كما تبين من نتائج السؤال الرابع للدراسة توافر كفايات أعضاء هيئة تدريس أصول التربية في البحث العلمي وبدرجة (عالية) بشكل عام بمتوسط بلغ (٣.٨٢ من 5.00)، وتمثلت أبرز هذه الكفايات في تشجيع الطالبات لعمل المشاريع البحثية. وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تحديد احتياجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في ظل التوجهات الحديثة للعملية التعليمية، مع وضع معايير محددة لمستويات الكفايات التعليمية اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث لقياس وتنمية كفايات التعليم لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، في التخصصات الأخرى.
