التحديات التي تواجه رائدات الشراكة المجتمعية وأثرها على مدى تحقق نجاح الشراكة في المدارس

المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التحديات التي تواجه رائدات الشراكة المجتمعية وأثرها على مدى تحقق نجاح الشراكة في المدارس، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أُتبع المنهج الوصفي على عينة عشوائية من رائدات الشراكة المجتمعية في المدارس الحكومية والأهلية، وذلك من خلال بناء وتصميم استبانة وزعت إلكترونياً، وكانت الاستجابات المستردة (101) استبانة، جميعها صالح للتحليل الإحصائي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، وهي: 1. أن مدى تحقق أهداف الشراكة المجتمعية في المدرسة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة جاء بدرجة (متوسطة) حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي (3.21) وتشير إلى درجة تحقق (كبيرة). 2. أن رائدات الشراكة يواجهن تحديات من قبل (القائدات، أولياء الأمور، قبل المجتمع المحلي والقطاع الخاص، وإدارة التعليم، في الدليل التنظيمي) بمتوسط حسابي (3.54)، وانحراف معياري (0.799)، وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (64٪). 3. وجود علاقة عكسية متوسطة القوة بين التحديات التي تواجه رائدات لجنة الشراكة المجتمعية من قبل (القائدات، وأولياء الأمور، والمجتمع المحلي والقطاع الخاص، وفي الدليل التنظيمي) وبين مدى تحقق أهداف الشراكة المجتمعية في المدرسة. 4. وجود علاقة عكسية ضعيفة بين التحديات التي تواجه رائدات لجنة الشراكة المجتمعية من قبل إدارة التعليم وبين مدى تحقق أهداف الشراكة المجتمعية في المدرسة. 5. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة حول مدى تحقق أهداف الشراكة المجتمعية في المدرسة تعزى لمتغير (نوع القطاع) لصالح المنتمين للمدارس الأهلية، حيث كانت قيمة مستوى الدلالة في اختبار (ت) تساوي (0.031) وهي قيمة دالة عند مستوى (0.05). 6. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة حول التحديات التي تواجه رائدات لجنة الشراكة المجتمعية من قبل (القائدة، وإدارة التعليم) تعزى لمتغير (نوع القطاع). 7. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة حول التحديات التي تواجه رائدات لجنة الشراكة المجتمعية من قبل (أولياء الأمور، والمجتمع المحلي والقطاع الخاص، والدليل التنظيمي) تعزى لمتغير (نوع القطاع) لصالح المنتمين للمدارس الحكومية. وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أهمها: • منح رائدات الشراكة المجتمعية تفرغاً كاملاً للقيام بمهامهن وواجباتهن التي تعزز وتحقق نجاح الشراكة المجتمعية في المدرسة. • منح الصلاحيات الكاملة واللازمة لقائدات المدارس ورائدات الشراكة من قبل إدارة التعليم في التخطيط والتنفيذ للتعامل بحرية واسعة مع المجتمع المحلي والقطاع الخاص وأولياء الأمور؛ لتعزيز وتحقيق نجاح الشراكة المجتمعية. • إعادة النظر في الدليل التنظيمي لشراكة المدرسة مع الأسرة والمجتمع، بحيث يكون واضحاً، وشاملاً، ومحدداً بدقة، ومصاغاً بترتيب وسلاسة، حتى يمكن فهمه وتطبيقه على أرض الواقع.

This study aimed to reveal the challenges facing the pioneers of community partnership and its impact on the extent to which the success of the partnership in schools, and to achieve this goal has been to follow the descriptive approach to a random sample of pioneers of community partnership in government and private schools, through the construction and design of a questionnaire distributed electronically, and responses were recovered (101) questionnaire, all valid for statistical analysis. The study found a number of results, namely that: 1. The extent to which the objectives of the community partnership in the school from the point of view of the study sample was highly (medium), where the arithmetic average of the total (3.21) indicates the degree of verification (large). 2. The pioneers of the partnership face challenges by (leaders, parents, by the local community and the private sector, the Department of Education, in the organizational directory) an arithmetic mean (3.54), standard deviation (0.799), and a percentage of (64%). 3. A medium-strength inverse relationship between the challenges faced by the pioneers of the Committee on Community Partnership by (leaders, parents, the local community and the private sector, in the organizational directory) and the extent to which community partnership goals in school. 4. The existence of a weak inverse relationship between the challenges faced by the pioneers of the Committee on Community Partnership by the Department of Education and the extent to which the objectives of the community partnership in the school. 5. There were statistically significant differences between the study sample responses on the extent to which community partnership goals in the school due to the variable (sector type) for the benefit of belonging to civil schools where the level of significance value in the test (T) is equal to (0.031), a function value at the level of (0.05). 6. There were no statistically significant differences between the study sample on the challenges faced by the pioneers of the Committee on Community Partnership by responses (leading, and management of education) due to the variable (sector type). 7. There were statistically significant differences between the study sample responses on the challenges faced by the pioneers of the Committee on Community Partnership by (parents, the local community and the private sector, and guide organizational) due to the variable (sector type) for the benefit of belonging to government schools. The study recommended a number of recommendations such as: • Granting the pioneers of community partnership to carry out a full discharge of its functions and duties that promote and achieve the success of community partnership in the school. • Granting full powers necessary for school leaders and pioneers of the partnership by the Department of Education in planning and implementation to deal freely with extensive local community and the private sector and parents; to promote and achieve the success of community partnership. • Revision of the organizational guide for school partnership with the family and the community, so that it is clear, comprehensive, and carefully defined, and formulated order and smooth, so that it can understand and apply it to the ground.
