هدفت هذه الدراسة معرفة دور الجامعات السعودية في مواجهة الإرهاب الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة القصيم، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كليات مختلفة في جامعة القصيم، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد (62) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية. تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من أربعة محاور والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، واستخدم برنامج SPSS لمعالجة البيانات من خلال الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: معامل ارتباط كرونباخ الفا، التكرارات والنسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية، تحليل التباين الأحادي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: موافقة كل عينة الدراسة بدرجة مرتفعة جدا على الدور الذي تقوم به كل من إدارة جامعة القصيم، أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمناهج الدراسية في زيادة وعي الطلاب نحو مواجهة مخاطر وتهديدات الإرهاب الإلكتروني بكل وسائله، ضعف الدور الذي تقوم به الأنشطة الطلابية في زيادة وعي الطلاب لمواجهة مخاطر وتهديدات الإرهاب الإلكتروني، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة القصيم نحو تنمية وعي الطلاب لمواجهة الإرهاب الإلكتروني تعزي لمتغير الجنس والرتبة الأكاديمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى توصيات منها: ضرورة بناء استراتيجية وطنية لتحصين الطلاب في مراحل التعليم المختلفة لمواجهة الإرهاب وأشكاله المختلفة، ضرورة تفعيل دور المؤسسات التعليمية، الأسرة، وأجهزة الإعلام للتوعية بخطورة الإرهاب الإلكتروني على الأسرة والمجتمع، ضرورة إعداد برامج تدريبية لرفع مستوى العاملين في الجامعات، من موظفين إداريين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس للتعامل مع هذه القضايا وكيفية مواجهتها والحد من مخاطرها.
The purpose of this study is to know the role of Saudi universities in confronting cyber terrorism from the point of view of the faculty members of Qassim University. The study community is composed of faculty members from different faculties in Qassim University, the descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study, the sample of the study consisted of (62) faculty members who were selected in a deliberately. A questionnaire consisting of four axes was prepared to verify its validity and stability. The SPSS program was used to process data using the following statistical methods: Kronbach alpha correlation coefficient, frequency and percentages, arithmetic averages, and one ANOVA variance analysis. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The wide approval of each sample of the study on the role played by the administration of Qassim University, faculty members and curricula in increasing the awareness of students to confront the risks and threats of cyber terrorism by all means, The weakness of the role played by student activities in increasing students' awareness of the dangers and threats of cyber terrorism, There are no statistically significant differences in the role of faculty members in Qassim University towards developing students' awareness of confronting cyber terrorism due to the gender variability and the academic rank. The study reached recommendations, including: the need to build a national strategy to immunize students in various stages of education to confront terrorism and its various forms, the need to activate the role of educational institutions, the family and the media to raise awareness of the danger of cyber terrorism to the family and society, the need to prepare training programs to raise the level of university staff, administrative staff and faculty members to deal with these issues and know how to confront them and reduce their risks.
