|a يطرح هذا المقال الظاهرة البيئية في علاقة بالمجتمع المدني، من خلال البحث في مدي تأثير المجتمع المدني في حل المسائل البيئية. ويرتكز هذا المقال، على دراسة ميدانية أجريت سنة 2019 في مدينة قابس التونسية باعتماد استمارة الاستبيان، وذلك على عينة متكونة من 560 مستجوبا يقيمون بمناطق مجاورة للمجمع الكيميائي التونسي. وهذه المناطق هي: بوشمة، غنوش، شاطئ السلام. ومعتمدية مطماطة الجديدة، والتي تبعد عن مركز الولاية بحوالي ثلاثين كيلومترا. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة، بأن جل المستجوبين رافضين لظاهرة التلوث البيئي، ولا سيما المنتمين إلى جمعيات غير حكومية ونخص بالذكر الجمعيات البيئية والتنموية.

|b This article deals with the environmental issue in terms of its relationship with civil society with a particular focus on the civil society’s in solving environmental problems. This article refers to a field work study conducted in 2019 in the town of Gabes, Tunisia. Using a questionnaire with a sample of 560 respondents who live in the surrounding circles of Tunisian Chemical Complex like Bouchemma, Gannouch, Chatt Essalem, and others who are settling in Matmata Eljadida which is about 30 km away from it. This study has shown that most of the respondents particularly those who belong to civil society movements are refusing the environmental pollution created by Tunisian Chemical Complex.
