|b The study aimed to demonstrate the educational management applications of value leadership in the light of Islamic education, which was represented by the personality of the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - through the descriptive analytical approach. The study showed that educational management is a process that all educational organizations and institutions need ,Its use is not limited to explanations, but extends to all activities that a person performs, and at the end of the researcher reached through the study that management has been known since the existence of mankind, and the person’s daily practice of his actions, as the leadership was also in the characteristics of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - and from them What was associated with the personality of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace, including some that are related to the general public and that the administrative qualities associated with the teachings of Islam make valuable leaders, and achieve optimum values that accrue to the individual and society with good, The study also reached the concept of educational management of value leadership in Islam, and the most important characteristics and principles that distinguish it.

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان سبل الإدارة التربوية للقيادة القيمية في ضوء التربية الإسلامية التي تمثلت بشخصية رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبينت الدراسة أن الإدارة التربوية عملية تحتاجها جميع المنظمات والمؤسسات التربوية، ولا يقتصر استخدامها على الشروحات بل تمتد إلى كافة النشاطات التي يقوم بها الإنسان، وفي نهاية توصل الباحث من خلال الدراسة إلى أن الإدارة عرفت منذ وجود البشرية، وقيام الإنسان بممارسة أعماله اليومية، كما تمثلت القيادة كذلك في صفات النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - ومنها ما كان مرتبط بشخصية النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم، ومنها ما هو مرتبط بعموم الناس وأن الصفات الإدارية المرتبطة بتعاليم الإسلام تصنع القادة القيمي، وتحقق القيم المثلى التي تعود على الفرد والمجتمع بالخير، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مفهوم الإدارة التربوية للقيادة القيمية في الإسلام، وأهم الخصائص والمبادئ التي تميزها.
