المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة "برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على التنمية البشرية المستدامة لتنمية مهارات التدريس عند معلمي الاجتماعيات في مديريات التربية في محافظة بغداد". ولتحقيق هدف البحث أعدت الباحثة برنامجا تدريبيا تمثل بجانب النظري لمهارات التدريس والمتمثلة بـ (مهارة صياغة الأهداف التعليمية، مهارة كتابة الخطة السنوية، مهارة كتابة الخطة اليومية، ومهارة التهيئة، ومهارة تحليل المحتوى، تحليل خصائص المتعلم، ومهارة طرح الأسئلة، ومهارة التعزيز، مهارة استخدام طرائق التدريس والوسائل التعليمية، مهارة التقويم، مهارة إعداد الاختبارات)، وجانب عملي لتطبيق البرنامج المعد من خلال تدريب معلمي الاجتماعيات في مديريات التربية في محافظة بغداد، وتم التحقق من صلاحية البرنامج بعرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين. ولتحقيق هدف البحث اختارت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي، وحددت الباحثة مجتمع البحث معلمي الاجتماعيات في مديريات التربية في محافظة بغداد كما أعدت الباحثة استمارة بالمهارات الفرعية مهارات التدريس الرئيسة معلمي الاجتماعيات في مجالات (التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم)، تضمنت الاستمارة بصيغتها الأولية (15) مهارة فرعية وبعد عرضها على الخبراء والمحكمين والأخذ بآرائهم وملاحظاتهم في الدمج والحذف، تضمنت الاستمارة بصيغتها النهائية (12) مهارة فرعية ،موزعة (3) مهارات ضمن مهارة التخطيط (مهارة صياغة الأهداف التعليمية العامة والسلوكية، مهارة كتابة الخطة السنوية، واليومية ومهارة اختيار طرائق التدريس والتدريب والأنشطة والألعاب) و(7) مهارات ضمن مهارة التنفيذ (مهارة التهيئة، ومهارة تحليل المحتوى، مهارة الاتصال والتواصل، الغلق، ومهارة طرح الأسئلة، تنويع المثيرات، ومهارة التعزيز، مهارة حل المشكلات وإدارة الصف) و(2) مهارتان ضمن مهارة التقويم (مهارة التقويم القيلي والتكويني والبعدي، مهارة إعداد الاختبارات). توصي الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات: 1- اعتماد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي الذي خرج به البحث الحالي ليكون دليلا عمليا لتدريب معلمي الاجتماعيات في مديريات تربية محافظة بغداد عامة ومديرية تربية الرصافة الثالثة بصورة خاصة وتزويدهم بإطار نظري مهاري تطبيقي يمكنهم من أن يقوموا بعملهم بكفاية وفاعلية. 2- الاهتمام بتنمية مهارات التدريس ضمن برنامج إعداد معلمي الاجتماعيات من طريق اعتبارها مادة مستقلة بحد ذاتها توكد على الجانب النظري والتطبيقي. واستكمالا للبحث الحالي تقترح الباحثة تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي للبحث الحالي في مديريات التربية في محافظة بغداد وإجراء دراسات مستقبلية تعتمد على البرامج التدريبية على وفق معايير التنمية البشرية.

The current research aims at identifying "a proposed training program based on sustainable human development for the development of teaching skills among social teachers in the directorates of education in Baghdad governorate" In order to achieve the research objective, the researcher prepared a training program that represents theoretical aspects of teaching skills, writing skills, skill writing, Methods of teaching and teaching aids, skill of assessment, skill of preparation of tests), and practical aspect to implement the program prepared through the training of social teachers in the directorates of education in the province of Baghdad, and verified the validity of the program by a group of experts and arbitrators. In order to achieve the objective of the research, the researcher chose descriptive research methodology. The researcher identified the social research society in the directorates of education in Baghdad governorate. The researcher also prepared a questionnaire with secondary skills. The main teaching skills are the social teachers in the fields of planning, implementation and evaluation. (12) sub-skills, distributed (3) skills within the skill of planning (skill formulation of general and behavioral educational goals, skill writing the annual plan, and (7) skills in the skill of implementation (skill of preparation, skill of content analysis, communication skill, closure, skill of asking questions, diversifying stimuli, skill enhancement, problem solving and classroom management); and (2) Two skills within the skill of the calendar (the skill of the calendar, manual and remote, the skill of preparing tests). The researcher recommends a number of recommendations 1- Adopting the training program in which the current research was conducted as a practical guide for the training of social teachers in the directorates of Baghdad governorate in general and the directorate of Rasafa third education in particular and providing them with a practical theoretical framework that enables them to carry out their work efficiently and effectively. 2- Paying attention to the development of teaching skills within the program of preparing social teachers by considering them as an independent subject that emphasizes the theoretical and practical aspects.
