هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن برنامج تدريبي مقترح لإكساب مهارات العمل في بيئات التعلم الافتراضية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي وأثره على التنمية المهنية المستدامة لهم. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وشبه التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من مجموعتين. فشملت المجموعة الأولي مجموعة واحدة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتمثلت في 30 عضو لقياس عليهم أثر البرنامج التدريبي. أما المجموعة الثانية فتكونت من 60 عضو تم تقسيمهم بالتساوي على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار تحصيلي لمستويات التدريب وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارى واستمارة التنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وبيئة التعلم الفعلية وهي موقع Blackboard ومعامل التدريب. وطبقت أدوات البحث قبلياً وبعدياً على مجموعة البحث. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى فاعلية مراحل التدريب في المستويات الثلاث في إكساب مهارات العمل في بيئات التعلم الافتراضية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي وأثرها على التنمية المهنية المستدامة لهم. وأوضحت أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس أصبح لديهم شعور إيجابي ناحية استخدام أنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني بشكل كبير وتطبيق المهارات التي تم دراستها خلال مراحل التدريب. وقدم البحث جملة من التوصيات هما ضرورة توفير التدريب الكافي أثناء الخدمة لزيادة مهارات التعامل مع العملية التعليمية بصورها التقنية الحديثة. والعمل على الاهتمام باقتراح دورات تدريبية كثيرة تمكن أعضاء هيئة التدريس من متابعة ما يحدث حولهم ومعرفة متطلبات مهارات العمل أول بأول. وضرورة الإكثار من استخدام أنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني والتي توجه من خلال أعضاء هيئة التدريس وليس شركات أو أشخاص لا نعرفهم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The research aim is to reveal a proposed training program to acquire the work skills in the virtual learning environments of university faculty members and its impact on sustainable professional development. The research used a descriptive and semi-experimental approach. The research group consisted of two groups. The first group consisted of one group of faculty members and consisted of 30 members to measure the impact of the training program. The second group consisted of 60 members divided equally into two experimental and control groups. The research tools were represented in the achievement test for training levels, the skill performance observation card, the professional development form for faculty members and the actual learning environment, the Blackboard site and training laboratories. The research tools were pre and post applied on the research group. The research results indicated the effectiveness of the training stages at the three levels in providing the working skills in the virtual learning environments of the university faculty members and its impact on sustainable professional development. The research explained that the faculty members has a positive feeling about using e-learning systems significantly and applying skills that were studied during the training stages. The research presented a number of recommendations, namely the need to provide suitable in-service training to increase the dealing skills with the educational process in its form with modern technology.
