هدف البحث الحالي إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات الكاريزما الشخصية في ضوء كفاءات القرن ٢١ لدى الطالبة المعلمة بكلية رياض الأطفال، وطبق البرنامج على الطالبات (عينة البحث) بالفرقة الرابعة بكلية رياض الأطفال بجامعة بورسعيد للعام الجامعي ٢٠١٨/ ٢٠١٩، وتكونت عينة البحث من ٧٧ طالبة، وتم التعامل معهم كمجموعة تجريبية واحدة واستخدم المنهج التجريبي لمعالجة النتائج إحصائيا في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي، والبعدي والتتبعي، وكانت الأدوات المستخدمة في البحث هي استبانة مهارات الكاريزما الشخصية في ضوء كفاءات القرن الحادي والعشرين (إعداد الباحثة)، والبرنامج التدريبي المقترح للدراسة وتكون من ٢٤ جلسة بمعدل ٢ جلسة تدريبية في الأسبوع. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أنه: توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاستبانة مهارات الكاريزما الشخصية على ضوء كفاءات القرن الحادي والعشرين (الكفاءات المعرفية النظرية -الكفاءات الفنية العملية -الكفاءات الشخصية الاجتماعية) لصالح التطبيق البعدي، حيث كانت قيمة (ت) الكلية = ٧٨.١٣٨٨. كذلك لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي لاستبانة مهارات الكاريزما الشخصية على ضوء كفاءات القرن الحادي والعشرين (الكفاءات المعرفية النظرية -الكفاءات الفنية العملية - الكفاءات الشخصية الاجتماعية)، حيث كانت قيمة (ت) الكلية = ٠.٢٨٨٥، مع إثبات فعالية جلسات البرنامج التدريبية المقترحة في تحقيق الهدف من البحث.
The current research aimed to design a training program to develop personal charisma skills in the light of the competencies of the 21st century for the student teacher at Kindergarten faculty, and the program was applied to female students (the research sample) in the fourth year of the Faculty of Kindergarten at Port Said University for the academic year 2018/2019, and the research sample consisted of 77 students, Dealing with them as one experimental group, using the experimental approach to statistically the results in the pre, post applications, and post, follow applications, and the tools used in the research were to identify personal charisma skills in the light of the competencies of the twenty-first century (researcher/ preparation), and The proposed training program for research consists of 24 sessions at the rate of 2 training sessions per week. The results of the research found that: there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of personal charisma skills questionnaire in the light of the competencies of the twenty-first century (theoretical cognitive competencies - practical technical competencies - social personal competencies) in favor of post application, where the (T) value = 78.1388., there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the post and follow applications of personal charisma skills questionnaire in the light of the competencies of the twenty-first century (theoretical cognitive competencies - practical technical competencies - social personal competencies), where the (T) value = 0.2885, With proof of the effectiveness of the proposed training sessions in achieving the objective of the research.
