|a تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة أثر التدريب العملي في تطوير مهارات الطلاب بكليتي التربية والمعلمين بجامعة وادي النيل. مقارنة بالطريقة النظرية التقليدية. استخدم الباحث الطريقة الوصفية التجريبية لأهميتها في هذا البحث. تم اختيار عينات البحث من طلاب كليتي التربية والمعلمين تخصص لغة عربية، دراسات إسلامية والذين تم توزيعهم على المدارس للتدريب بالإضافة لبرنامج التدريب العملي. تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات. النتائج الرئيسة للدراسة: لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين المجموعة الضابطة والتجريبية في تطوير مهارات التدريس، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين في التحصيل الأكاديمي والمهارى، الطلاب الذين نالوا دورات في التدريب العملي أكثر فاعلية من الذين تدربوا بالطريقة التقليدية.

|b This study aims at recognizing the impact of micro-teaching on developing skills of student at faculty for education in Nile Valley University compared with the traditional theoretical method. The researcher adopted both description and experimental methods, these two methods are most appropriate for the research. The research sample was chosen from faculty of Education the students were specialized in Arabic Language /Islamic studies and they were about to take teaching practice. The tools used in this study were observation checklist, achievement test on teaching method micro-teaching training program. The SPSS program was used statistical analysis data. The main findings of the study were: There is no significant statistical deference between the control group and experimental group in achievement, There is significant statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in development of their teaching skills in favour of the experimental group, The student who taught by micro-teaching program were more effective and positive than these who taught by traditional method.
