المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس إلى الوقوف على واقع قيم الأمن الفكري في بعض مقررات المدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر، ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المدرسة الثانوية في إكساب طلابها قيم الأمن الفكري، وقد اقتضت طبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، أهمها: أن قيم الأمن الفكري دعامة أمن واستقرار للمجتمع في ظل ما يجتاح العالم من تحولات، مما يفرض على أي مجتمع الحفاظ على أمنه واستقراره، واللحاق بركب الدول المتقدمة، ودعم قيم الأمن الفكري وترسيخها في عقل ووجدان أبناء الوطن، كما أن واقع قيام المدرسة الثانوية العامة بمسئوليتها عن تنمية قيم الأمن الفكري لم يصل للمستوى المطلوب، مما تطلب من الباحثة وضع تصور مقترح وفق خطوات إجرائية محددة، وقابلة للتنفيذ. وأوصت الدراسة بأمور، من أهمها: ضرورة تبني التعليم الثانوي لمشروع "نحو مجتمع آمن فكرياً"، يشارك في بلورة معالمه وإرساء أسسه وتحديد برامجه علماء الأزهر الشريف وخبراء التربية ورموز الفكر والثقافة، وأن تسعى فلسفة التعليم الثانوي لتطبيق وتفعيل آليات وعمليات هذا المشروع لطلابها، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الأخذ بالتصور المقترح وآلياته، الذي شرح ونوقش، والاستفادة منه لتنمية قيم الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب المدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر.

The study mainly aimed to examine the reality of the values of intellectual security in some of the general secondary school courses in Egypt, and developing a proposed conception to activate the role of the secondary school in empowering its students with the values of intellectual security. The nature and objectives of the study necessitated the use of the descriptive approach. The study reached conclusions, the most important of which are the values of intellectual security as pillars of security and stability for society in light of the changes sweeping the world, which require any society to maintain its security and stability, catch up with developed countries, support the values of intellectual security, establish them in the mind and conscience of the people of the homeland, and the reality of the public secondary school assuming its responsibility in the development of intellectual security values that did not reach the required level, which required the researcher to develop a proposed vision according to specific and implementable procedural steps. The study recommended several things, the most important of which are the need for secondary education to adopt the project “Towards an intellectually safe society,” in which by Al-Azhar scholars, education experts and symbols of thought and culture participate in crystallizing its features, laying its foundations, and defining its programs, and that the philosophy of secondary education seeks to implement and activate the mechanisms and processes of this project for its students , the study also recommended the necessity of adopting the proposed vision and its mechanisms, which were explained and discussed, and making use of it to develop the values of intellectual security among public secondary school students in Egypt.
