المستخلص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع عملية إشراف الأساتذة على مذكرات التخرج لطلبة الماستر، ومحاولة معرفة ما مدى التزام الأستاذ الجامعي (المشرف) بأخلاقيات وضوابط هذه العملية من الناحية العلمية والقانونية إضافة إلى الجانب الفني التنظيمي لعملية الإشراف، إضافة لتعامله مع الطلبة من خلال احترام الجوانب الشخصية والرقى بإنسانيته حسب ما جاء في ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة الأستاذ الجامعي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان مستوحى من بنود الميثاق وتطبيقه على عينة الدراسة، التي تمثلت في (20) فردا من أساتذة مرحلة التعليم العالي من مختلف التخصصات بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية في جامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة. وتم معالجة هذه البيانات بحساب النسب المئوية والتكرارات. والتوصل إلى النتائج التالية: -مستوى تطبيق الأستاذ الجامعي (المشرف) لقواعد عملية الإشراف على مذكرات التخرج حسب ميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة مرتفع. -مستوى احترام الأستاذ الجامعي للقواعد العلمية في عملية الإشراف على مذكرات التخرج متوسط.

Through this study, we aim to shed light on the reality of the process of supervising professors on graduation notes for master's students, and to try to find out the extent to which the university professor (the supervisor) adheres to the ethics and controls of this process from the scientific and legal point of view in addition to the technical organizational aspect of the supervision process, in addition to his dealings with students from Through respect for the personal aspects and the advancement of his humanity according to what was stated in the charter of ethics for the profession of the university professor, and to achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was designed inspired by the articles of the charter and applied to the study sample, which was represented by (20) members of the higher education stage professors from various disciplines in the Department of Social Sciences in Mohamed Khaider University, Biskra. This data was processed by calculating percentages and frequencies. And to reach the following results: - The level of application of the university professor (the supervisor) to the rules of the process of supervising graduation notes according to the code of professional ethics is high. - The level of respect for the university professor (the supervisor) of the scientific rules in the process of supervising graduation notes is average. The level of application of the university professor (the supervisor) to the organizational technical standard in the process of supervising graduation notes is medium. - The level of the university professor (the supervisor) of personal and human morals with students in the process of supervising graduation notes is average.
