المستخلص: تبلورت أهمية البحث في التعرف على طبيعة جودة البيئة المدرسية الرياضية وعلاقتها بالأبداع الجاد والرضا الوظيفي لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل ومعرفة دور هذه البيئة على الابداع الجاد والرضا الوظيفي وتحديد اهم المعوقات التي تحول دون توفر بيئة مدرسية رياضية مناسبة وفعالة وذلك سعيا وراء تطوير وتحسين هذه البيئة ثم الرقي لمستوى ادائهم المهني بهدف تحقيق العملية التعليمية والتربوية بكفاءة وفعالية عالية. وتركزت مشكلة البحث الى اختلاف البيئة المدرسية الرياضية السائدة في المدارس اذ ان هناك العديد من المدارس التي تفتقر الى البيئة المدرسية الجيدة، في حين ان البعض منها يمتاز ببيئة مدرسية جيدة، وهذا الاختلاف قد يسبب وجود اختلاف في الرغبة ومستوى الاداء والعمل نتيجة لاختلاف الاحتياجات المتوفرة لتنفيذ الدرس بالصورة الصحيحة ومن هنا رأى الباحثان اجراء هذه الدراسة وذلك بهدف ابراز دور البيئة المدرسية الرياضية وعلاقتها بالأبداع الجاد لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية. إذ هدف البحث إلى عدت اهداف منها بناء مقياس جودة البيئة المدرسية الرياضية لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل، واعداد مقياسي الابداع الجاد والرضا الوظيفي لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل، والتعرف على واقع كل من (جودة البيئة المدرسية الرياضية والابداع الجاد) لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية تبعا لمدة الخدمة لكل من جودة البيئة المدرسية الرياضية والابداع الجاد لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل، والتعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين جودة البيئة المدرسية والأبداع الجاد لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل.

The research significance has crystallized through identifying the nature of the quality of the school sports environment and its relationship to serious creativity and job satisfaction among teachers of physical education in Babil Governorate as well as identifying the role of this environment on serious creativity and job satisfaction and identifying the most important obstacles that prevent the availability of a suitable and effective school sport environment in an effort to develop and improve this environment and improve their professional performance in order to achieve the educational process with high efficiency and effectiveness. The research problem focused on the difference in the school sports environment prevailing in schools as there are many schools that lack a good school environment, while some of them have a good school environment, and this difference may cause a difference in the desire, level of performance and work as a result of the different needs available to implement the lesson in the correct way. Therefore, researchers saw that this research be conducted with the aim of highlighting the role of the school sports environment and its relationship to serious creativity among physical education teachers. The research aimed to achieve several goals, including building the quality of the school sports environment for physical education teachers in Babil Governorate, preparing two measures of serious creativity and job satisfaction among physical education teachers in Babil Governorate, and identify the reality of both (the quality of the school environment and serious creativity) among my teachers Physical education in Babil Governorate, as well as identifying the differences of statistical significance according to the length of service for each of the quality of the school sports environment and serious creativity among physical education teachers in Babil Governorate, and identifying the correlative relationship between the quality of the school environment and serious creativity of physical education teachers in Babil Governorate.
