This paper aim at putting in the spot a new structure at the Algerian University by sharing the experience of the Career Development Center-CDC of Biskra's University is very important for Algerian universities that have not yet created this kind of institutions, because the existing of such structure at the university is going to bring the university closer to the social and economical sector and it will allow the university to establish business relationships with the enterprises; it will contribute also to the integration of students and graduates into the world of business. Le papier vise a met un aperçu sur une nouvelle structure dans l'université Algérienne. Le partage de l'expérience du Centre Des Carrières-CDC de l'université de Biskra est très important pour les universités algériennes qui n'ont pas encore créé ce genre des institutions, parce que l'existante de tel structure à l'université va permettre du rapprochement de l'université à l'environnement socio-économique et d'instituer les relations entre l'université et les entreprises, comme il va contribuer à l'insertion des étudiants et mêmes les diplômés au monde du travail |
