هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم المشكلات وأكثرها شيوعاً لدى طالبات التربية العملية-قسم التربية الخاصة -كلية التربية الأساسية أثناء فترة التدريب من وجهة نظرهن، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث ببناء استبانة مكونة من (٣٠) بنداً، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (٦٠) طالبة من طالبات التربية العملية -قسم التربية الخاصة. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدة نتائج في (٥) مجالات متعلقة بعملية التدريب مرتبة كالاتي: أولاً: مجال إدارة المدرسة. ثانياً: مجال طبيعة برنامج التدريب. ثالثاً: مجال المشرف المحلي (رئيس قسم المادة يتم تكليفه من قبل مكتب). رابعاً: مجال المشرف العام (عضو هيئة تدريس أو تدريب يكلفه قسم التربية العملية بالإشراف على الطالب المعلم). خامساً: مجال تنفيذ الدروس. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات من أهمها: تطوير برنامج التربية العملية في ضوء المعايير المعتمدة عالمياً وذلك للتغلب على المشكلات التي تواجه طالب التربية العملية وخاصة في تفعيل التعاون بين الكلية والمدرسة، التعاون بين المشرف المحلي والمشرف العام لمتابعة الطالبة المعلمة. تفعيل دور مركز التوجيه والإرشاد في الكلية، وتنظيم حملات توعية داخل الكلية لكيفية التعامل مع المشكلات التي تواجه طالب التربية العملية، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول هذه المشكلات.
The study aimed to know the most important and most common problems among students of practical education - Department of Special Education - College of Basic Education during the period of training from their point of view, and to achieve the objective of the study the researcher built a questionnaire consisting of (30) items, the sample of the study reached (60) students from Students of practical education - Department of Special Education. The results of the study resulted in several results in (5) areas related to the training process arranged as follows: First: the field of school administration. Second: The nature of the training program. Third: The field of the local supervisor (the head of the department is assigned by the office). Fourth: The field of general supervisor (faculty member or training assigned by the Department of Practical Education to supervise the student teacher). Fifth: The field of implementing the lessons. The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: Developing the practical education program in the light of internationally adopted standards in order to overcome the problems facing the student of practical education, especially in activating the cooperation between the college and the school, cooperation between the local supervisor and the general supervisor to follow up the student teacher. Activating the role of the guidance and counseling center in the college, and organizing awareness campaigns within the college on how to deal with the problems facing the student of practical education, and conducting further studies on these problems.
