المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة لوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مديري المدارس الرسمية للغات بمحافظة البحر الأحمر في ضوء القيادة الريادية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٦٠) معلماً من معلمي المدارس الرسمية للغات بمحافظة البحر الأحمر وتوصلت إلى أهم النتائج التالية: 1-ضعف وقصور في الأداء لمديري المدارس الرسمية للغات بمحافظة البحر الأحمر. 2-وجود معوقات كثيرة تقف عائقاً أمام تطوير أداء مديري تلك المدارس، بعضها خاص بالتشريعات والقوانين والمركزية في اتخاذ القرارات، ضعف الرغبة الشخصية للمديرين لتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية، مقاومة التغيير من البعض، ندرة وجود تحفيز مادي أو معنوي لمدير المدرسة يحثه على الأبداع في العمل. 3-كانت درجة واقع الأداء لمديري المدارس الرسمية للغات بمحافظة البحر الأحمر بدرجة ممارسة (منخفضة) في بعد الأبداع، ودرجة ممارسة (متوسطة) في بعد الرؤية الاستراتيجية ودرجة ممارسة (متوسطة) في بعد تحمل المخاطرة وبدرجة ممارسة (متوسطة) في بعد المبادأة ودرجة ممارسة (كبيرة) في محور معوقات القيادة الريادية. 4-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في محور أبعاد القيادة الريادية (الأبداع -الرؤية الاستراتيجية -تحمل المخاطرة -المبادأة) تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي أو عدد سنوات الخبرة أو عدد الدورات التدريبية الحاصل عليها. 5-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في محور معوقات القيادة الريادية تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي أو عدد سنوات الخبرة أو عدد الدورات التدريبية الحاصل عليها. 6-قدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً لتطوير أداء مديري المدارس الرسمية للغات بمحافظة البحر الأحمر في ضوء القيادة الريادية وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث توصيات عديدة من أهمها: تدريب مديري المدارس الرسمية للغات على هذا النوع من أنواع القيادة، واستثماره في العمل المدرسي لتحقيق أعلي مستوي من الأهداف، ضرورة تعزيز استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة، ووسائل الاتصال المختلفة التي تزيد من القدرة على الإبداع، إدراج أنماط جديدة من القيادة في ورش العمل والمناقشات في الدورات التدريبية.

This study aimed at putting a proposed vision to Develop the performance of the Governmental Language Schools Principals in the Red Sea Governorate in the light of Entrepreneurial Leadership. The Study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, the primary tool of the study were presented in a questionnaire. the study sample consisted of(260) teachers from Governmental Language Schools in the Red Sea governorate The most important results of the study 1- Weakness and deficiency in the performance of Governmental Language Schools Principals in the Red Sea Governorate. 2- The presence of many obstacles that hinder the development of the performance of the principals of these schools, some of which are specific to legislation, laws and centralization in decision-making, weak personal desire of the principals to develop their leadership skills, resistance to change from some, the scarcity of material or moral stimulation of the school principal urging him to be creative in work. 3- The degree of the reality of performance of the administrators of the governmental schools of languages in the Red Sea Governorate was with a degree of (low) in creativity, a degree of practice (medium)in strategic vision and a degree of practice (medium) at taking risks and a degree of (medium) at the initiation and degree of practice (Large) at leadership obstacles. 4- There were no statistically significance differences in the responses of the study sample members in the axis of Entrepreneurial Leadership dimensions (creativity - strategic vision – taking risks - initiation) due to the variable of the educational qualification, years of experience, training courses obtained. 5- There were no statistically significance differences in the responses of the study sample members in the axis of Entrepreneurial Leadership obstacles due to educational qualification, years of experience, training courses obtained. 6- The researcher presented a proposed vision to develop the performance of the principals of governmental language schools in the Red Sea Governorate in the light of Entrepreneurial Leadership, and in the light of the results, the researcher made several recommendations, the most important of which are: training the principals of governmental language school on this type of leadership, The necessity of promoting the use of modern technology and the various means of communication, Include a new styles of leadership in workshops and discussions in training sessions.
