The dissertation consists of an introduction, a preface, two chapters, a conclusion, and indexes. Introduction: It includes the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, in addition to previous studies, the research method, and its plan. The first chapter: the doubts of the Quranists about the Sunnah, and it includes: the suspicion that the Holy Quran is sufficient and that there is no need for the Prophetic Sunnah, the suspicion that if the Sunnah had been a source of legislation, Allah would have guaranteed its preservation, the suspicion that the Sunnah is not a revelation from Allah, but rather sayings attributed to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, falsely and fraudulently, the suspicion that resorting to the Sunnah for rulings leads to polytheism, the suspicion that if the Sunnah had been evidence, the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, would have commanded it to be written, and would not have forbidden the companions to write that, the suspicion that the Sunnah is not a source of legislation due to the delay in its compilation and the lack of confidence in its transmitters, the suspicion that the attribution of the Sunnah to the Prophet: It is not certain because it is narrated with meaning. The second chapter: the response to the suspicions of the Qur'anists, and includes the response to the previous suspicions. Then the conclusion contained the most important results.
