المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي القائم على استخدام أسلوب العلاج بالواقع لخفض الضغوط النفسية الناتجة عن الإعاقة لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين، وقد اتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج شبة التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (20) أماً من الأمهات اللاتي لديهن أطفال معاقين، وطبق عليهن مقياس الضغوط النفسية الناتجة عن الإعاقة لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين. (إعداد الباحث)، وبرنامج إرشادي قائم على العلاج بالواقع لتخفض حدة الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين. (إعداد الباحث)، وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: 1) وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عن مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات رتب درجات القياسين: القبلي، والبعدي في مقياس الضغوط النفسية الناتجة عن الإعاقة لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين والراجعة إلى الابن المعاق، لصالح القياس البعدي. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عن مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات رتب درجات القياسين: القبلي، والبعدي في مقياس الضغوط النفسية الناتجة عن الإعاقة لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين والراجعة إلى الأم، لصالح القياس البعدي. 3) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب درجات القياسين: القبلي، والبعدي في مقياس الضغوط النفسية الناتجة عن الإعاقة لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين والراجعة إلى الزوج، لصالح القياس البعدي. 4) وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عن مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات رتب درجات القياسين: القبلي، والبعدي في مقياس الضغوط النفسية الناتجة عن الإعاقة لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين والراجعة إلى المجتمع، لصالح القياس البعدي. 5) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب درجات القياسين: القبلي، والتتبعي في مقياس الضغوط النفسية الناتجة عن الإعاقة لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين. وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التربوية لأمهات الأطفال المعاقين. \

The current study aims at revealing the effectiveness of a guiding program based on using reality treatment to decrease the intensity of the psychological stresses of the mothers of the disabled children. The study also aims to develop the abilities of the mothers of the disabled children in dealing with the psychological stresses with a real effective form and not just facing them. The current study followed a semi empirical approach. The study sample consists of 20 mothers of disabled children and the mothers were applied to the psychological stresses scale (prepared by the researcher) along with a guiding program based on reality treatment to decrease the intensity of the psychological stresses of the mothers of the disabled children. The results were as follows: 1. There are significant statistical differences at (0.01) level between the average marks of the pre and post measures on the intensity of the psychological stresses of the mothers of the disabled children due to the children’s disability in favor of the post measure. 2. There are significant statistical differences at (0.01) level between the average marks of the pre and post measures on the intensity of the psychological stresses of the mothers due to the mother in favor of the post measure. 3. There are significant statistical differences between the average marks of the pre and post measures on the intensity of the psychological stresses of the mothers due to the husband in favor of the post measure. 4. There are significant statistical differences at (0.01) level between the average marks of the pre and post measures on the intensity of the psychological stresses of the mothers due to the society in favor of the post measure. 5. There are no significant statistical differences between the average marks of the pre and post measures on the intensity of the psychological stresses of the mothers. The study has provided a number of educational recommendations to the mothers of the disabled children. \
