المستخلص: The act of interpreting is derived from translation itself, besides, various models of translation evaluation do exist, yet do they respond to the requirements of interpretation’s evaluation? This study aims at meeting the needs of evaluating the simultaneous interpretation according to the selection criteria of Paris' school (ESIT) interpretation training. We‘ll try to respond to the interpretative model's principles which were initially applied and adaptable to the process of interpretation. To carry out this research we choose the postulates of the interpretive theory, the analysis of the French President Emmanuel Macron’s speech about COVID 19 and the simultaneous interpretation into Arabic provided by the interpreter of “France 24”. To end up with a satisfying interpretation according to the steps of interpretation conceived by interpretative theory and the postulates of admission to the training of conferences interpretation imposed by the Paris’s school.

L’acte d’interprétation est dérivé de l’acte de traduire. Cependant, il existe plusieurs modèles pour évaluer les prestations de traduction, mais répondent-ils aux exigences de l’évaluation de l’interprétation ? Cette étude est menée pour répondre aux besoins de l’évaluation de l’interprétation simultanée selon les critères de sélection à la formation d’interprétation à l’école de Paris tout en répondant aux postulats du modèle interprétatif qui sont parfaitement applicables ou adaptables aux prestations d’interprétation. Et pour mener à bien cette recherche nous avons fait appel à la théorie interprétative et ses postulats, l’analyse d’un discours du président français Emmanuel Macron portant sur le COVID 19 et l’interprétation simultanée vers l’arabe assurée par l’interprète de France 24. Pour aboutir au final a une interprétation extrêmement satisfaisante de par les étapes d’interprétation conçues par théorie interprétative et les postulats d’admission à la formation d’interprétation de conférences imposés par l’école de Paris.
