المستخلص: تسعى هذه الورقة العلمية من منظور لساني عرفاني للكشف عن الجوانب اللغوية التي تكون أولى على رأس العناصر والمستويات التي تتجلى من خلالها مدى تحقق شروط المقروئية في الملكة اللسانية الفطرية، بما يساعد على فرز المادة المعرفية في المحاور اللغوية التي وجب أن تحظى بالأولوية في سلم تعليم وتلقين اللغة للمتعلمين، وبالتالي، تصنيف المادة اللغوية وفق درجة قابليتها لشروط المقروئية في برنامج التعلم، "...فالإنسان-منذ الأشهر الأولى من ولادته-يراكم المعارف حول اللغة: معارف تفعل المسارات المعرفية عن طريق التواصل... فالركام المعرفي الذي يتشكل في كل مستويات بنية اللغة، والمحفوظ (المخزن) في الذاكرة خلال سنوات طويلة، هو الذي يفسر النجاعة التي يعالج بها الإنسان اللغة، ومتانة هذا الإجراء وسرعته أيضا."(مصطفى بوعناني 2013). واللغة-في عرف اللسانيات المعاصرة-هي تصميم أمثل قائم على مستويات مبنية ومتناغمة بشكل عضوي، يجعل التحكم في مستوى منبنيا على درجة التحكم في مستوى أدنى أو أبسط منه، وكلما كان هذا التحكم في المرقي اللغوي البسيط أشمل وأكمل، كان هذا التمكن مدخلا مرنا، وتوطئة طيعة لتحصيل مقروئية المستوى الأعلى الموالي له، وهكذا...ومعرفتنا بذلك قمينة بإمدادنا بسند منطقي في سبيل معرفة العمليات التي تبني الدماغ البشري لسانيا أثناء الفترات الأولى لاكتساب اللغة، وكذا البنيات المنطقية اللغوية التي تحفز المخ على التقاط الظواهر اللغوية، وبعدها، تأديته لمهام لغوية أثناء نشاطه التواصلي.

This paper seeks, from a linguistic perspective, to uncover the linguistic aspects that are on the top of the elements and levels through which the conditions of readability are achieved in the innate linguistic faculty. This will help us to sort the cognitive material in the linguistic axes that should be given priority in the ladder of the process of language learning, and thus classifying the linguistic material according to the degree of its readability in the learning program, “... a person - from the early months of his birth - accumulates knowledge about language: Such knowledge activates the cognitive pathways through communication ... The cognitive accumulation that is formed in the levels of language structure, which have been preserved (stored) in memory over many years, are what explain the efficiency with which a person processes language, and the robustness and speed of this procedure as well. Language - in the tradition of contemporary linguistics - is an optimal design based on well-structured and organically harmonious levels, making the control of a level based on the degree of control in a lower level or simpler than it. The more comprehensive and complete this control of the simple linguistic progression is, the more this mastery is a flexible entrance, a willing introduction to the readability of the next higher level, and so on ... Our knowledge of this provides us with a logical basis to know the processes that build the human brain linguistically during the early periods of language acquisition, as well as the logical-linguistic structures that stimulate the brain to capture linguistic phenomena, and then, performing linguistic tasks during the communication activity.
