|a تسعى الدراسة الراهنة إلى تسليط الضوء على المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعة في ظل مجتمع المعرفة، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعة في المجتمع المحيط بها، والوقوف على الدور الذى تقوم به جامعة الإسكندرية في التنمية المعرفية في مجالي تنمية المعرفة وتوليد المعرفة بالمجتمع، وأخيرا الوقوف على عوامل تراجع المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على إجراءات البحث الوصفي، واستخدام الاستبيان الإلكتروني على عينة عشوائية قوامها (118) مفردة، بجامعة الإسكندرية، وشملت الطلاب والخريجين والموظفين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وأعضاء المجتمع المحلى، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على أسلوب مسح التراث وإعادة تحليل نتائج الدراسات السابقة في تناول موضوعها وتحقيق أهدافها. وبينت الدراسة أن هناك تكامل بين المسئولية الاجتماعية الجامعية والتنمية المستدامة، كما بينت النتائج أن جامعة الإسكندرية قامت بتنمية الموارد البشرية بها من خلال توفير قواعد. البيانات العالمية وعمل الدورات التدريبية لهم، ولكنها لم تكن الموظفين من تولى المناصب القيادية أو المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، فضلا عن ضعف دور الجامعة في تحقيق المسائلة والشفافية والنزاهة وتكافؤ الفرص، كما أنها لم تقم بخدمة قضايا الاستدامة البيئية، وكذا تراجع دورها في توليد وإنتاج المعرفة، ومن أبرز عوامل ذلك التراجع عدم إدراج برامج المسئولية الاجتماعية في الخطط الاستراتيجية للجامعة، وعدم توفير الدعم المادي لها.

|b The Study focused on the social responsibility of the university in the light of the knowledge society, in addition to revealing the social responsibility of the university in the surrounding community, and to identify the role that Alexandria University plays in knowledge development in the fields of knowledge development and knowledge generation in society, and finally to identify the factors The social responsibility of the university is reviewed, and the study relied on descriptive research procedures, and the use of an electronic questionnaire on a random sample of 118single, at the University of Alexandria, which included students, graduates, employees, faculty members and members of the local community, in addition to relying on the heritage survey method and re-analyzing the results of studies Previous in dealing with its topic and achieving its goals. The study showed that there is an integration between university social responsibility and sustainable development. The results also showed that Alexandria University developed its human resources by providing global databases and conducting training courses for them, but it did not enable employees to assume leadership positions or participate in decision-making, in addition to The university’s role in achieving accountability, transparency, integrity and equal opportunities is weak, and it has not served environmental sustainability issues, as well as reviewing its role in generating and producing knowledge. Among the most prominent factors of this decline is the failure to include social responsibility programs in the university’s strategic plans, and the failure to provide material support for it.
