المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز مفهوم القوى العاملة النسوية في الجزائر وتطور بعض المؤشرات المرتبطة بها، كحجم النشاط والشغل والبطالة منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا. كما سنتناول هيكلة هذه الشريحة النشيطة من خلال دراسة تركيبتها وتوزيعها حسب العمر ووسط الإقامة والحالة التعليمية بالإضافة إلى دراسة لأهم أقسام المهن الرئيسية التي تستقطبها. وقد شمل البحث ثلاثة محاور: تطور مشاركة المرأة في القوى العاملة وخصائص المرأة العاملة ومجالات عمل المرأة.

L'objectif de cette recherche est de discuter du concept de la main-d'oeuvre féminine en Algérie depuis l'indépendance jusqu'à nos jours. Nous aborderons, dans un premier temps, le développement de l'activité et de l’occupation au sein de cette sous population. Nous analyserons ensuite la structuration de cette dernière, nous parlerons notamment de sa répartition par âge, par strate de résidence et par niveau d’instruction. Nous examinerons également les métiers et les secteurs à forte dominante féminine. La recherche englobe trois axes fondamentaux: le développement de la participation féminine au marché du travail et leurs caractéristiques sociodémographiques, ainsi que les principaux domaines d’emploi auxquels les femmes s’attachent.

This research paper aims to highlight the concept of the female workforce in Algeria and the development of some indicators associated with it, such as the volume of activity, employment and unemployment since independence to the present day. We will also address the structure of this active segment by studying its composition and distribution according to age, residence and educational status, in addition to a study of the most important sections of the main professions that attract them. The research covered three axes: the development of women's participation in the workforce, the characteristics of working women, and women's fields of work.
