Nowadays quality of work life and organizational commitment are at the center of managerial concerns that contribute to both the development of people and the organizational behavior. This research aims to determine all of the dimensions that can represent the concept of QWL and OC, then to analyze the perception of employees on the QWL within the workplace and finally to study the relationship between this two variables . To check the hypotheses, a quantitative study is carried out at SONELGAZ "BATNA". The data were collected from 138 employees, they were analyzed using SPSS. The results have demonstrated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the QWL and the OC of employees. La qualité de vie au travail et l’engagement organisationnel sont aujourd’hui au centre de préoccupations managériales qui concourent à la fois à l’épanouissement des personnes et au développement du comportement organisationnel. Cette recherche vise à déterminer l’ensemble des facteurs qui peuvent représenter de manière adéquate la conception de QVT et l’EO, ensuite d’analyser la perception des employés sur la QVT au sein de l’entreprise, et enfin d’étudier la relation entre ces deux variables. Pour tester nos hypothèses, une étude quantitative est réalisée au sein de la SONELGAZ «BATNA», Les données ont été récoltés auprès de 138 employés, ils ont été analysés à l'aide de SPSS. Les résultats montrent qu’il y a une relation positive et significative entre la QVT et l'EO des employés. |
