المستخلص: تعد عملية التأثير والتأثر على حد سواء والتي تحدث نتيجة التعرض للإنترنت بكافة تطبيقاته من القضايا المهمة في المجتمع العراقي اليوم كما المجتمع العربي والعالمي؛ وذلك يعود إلى عدة أسباب منها الإنترنت اثبت بلا منازع أنه بات يشكل شريان الحياة الذي لا غنى عنه فهو محرك العمليات الإنتاجية وفعاليات الاقتصاد، كما انه المحرك الأساسي لعمليات الاتصال التي تحدث في أرجاء العالم بالشكل الذي جعل من عالمنا اليوم قرية صغيرة، ولا بد لهذا التطور من أساس علمي وعملي قادته الجامعات الأمريكية والأوروبية في تطور مستمر ولا زال في مرحلة النمو لحد الآن، وقد دخل الإنترنت في شتى ميادين الحياة وأصبح قالب تصاغ به الأفكار ويتحدد به السلوك الاجتماعي بحيث بات المظهر الأساس لأي شخصية إنسانية تتحدث بمقدار تعرضها للإنترنت الذي حمل العديد من الجوانب السلبية والإيجابية والتي أدت إلى إحداث التغيير الاجتماعي الذي نلاحظه يزداد شيئاً فشيئاً، ولعل المناطق الصغيرة التي نعيش بها اليوم وتطبيق الدراسة الميدانية عليها يشكل معيارا مهما لمعرفة مدى نجاح فرضيات البحث التي أحاول من خلالها الحصول على مصداقية البحث وآمل أن يكون هذا البحث إضافة حقيقية لما كتب في هذا الموضوع ومن الله التوفيق.

The process of influence and influence alike, which occurs as a result of exposure to the Internet with all its applications, is one of the important issues in Iraqi society today as well as the Arab and global community. This is due to several reasons, including the Internet, which has undisputedly proven that it has become the lifeblood that is indispensable, as it is the engine of production processes and economic activities, as well as the main engine of communication processes that take place around the world in the way that made our world today a small village, and this development must From a scientific and practical basis led by American and European universities in a continuous development and is still in the stage of growth until now, and the Internet has entered various fields of life and has become a template in which ideas are formulated and social behavior is defined, so that the basic appearance of any human figure who speaks with the extent of its exposure to the Internet, which carried many The negative and positive aspects that led to the events of social change that we observe are increasing little by little, and perhaps the small areas in which we live today and the application of the field study to them constitute an important criterion to know the success of the research hypotheses through which I try to obtain the credibility of the research and I hope that this research will be a real addition to what Books on this subject, and God grant success.
