المستخلص: The emergence of the slogan as a language with which society deals and relates shows the reality of its impact on the social basis and its role in sending messages expressing a trend. Since it attracts attention, prevention from it became necessary in order to establish the identity of society by social institutions active in the field. Since social construction requires activating all its influential elements to achieve intellectual security in a comprehensive concept that contains and directs these forces effectively, according to a study that identifies objectives, draws plans, and evaluates performance to achieve results that preserve the identity of society, from disintegration. Institutions that raise young people are required to promote social, intellectual security slogans, fortifying the thought of the identity of the generations of society that preserves their culture and civilization, in their various roles, the family and the field of its education, the school in its education curricula, mosques with its tolerant human and religious functions, and the spiritual centers with their spiritual teaching, and civil society through their cooperative volunteering in building society. This requires pushing social institutions and activating their structures against the huge amount of radiation of intellectual pollution in all areas affecting society in its union and wrapping around its values rooted in the establishment of its nation and its Islamic cultural affiliation.

L'apparition du slogan comme une langue avec laquelle s'entretient la société et dont elle dépend montre la réalité de son impact sur la base sociale et son rôle à adresser des messages exprimant une tendance quelconque. Et comme le slogan attire l'attention, il a été impératif de l’utiliser comme une prévention pour la consécration de l'identité de la société par le biais des institutions sociales actives sur le terrain.
Étant donné que la construction sociale exige une mise en œuvre de tous les acteurs y demeurant pour concrétiser la sécurité intellectuelle d’une manière globale. Cela peut contenir et orienter ces forces éfficacement suivant une étude qui fixe les objectifs, trace les plans et évalue la performance. Le but étant de parvenir à des résultats qui préserveront l'identité de la société contre la dissociation.
Il est vital l’existence d’institutions éduquant les jeunes à promouvoir les slogans de la sécurité intellectuelle communautaire, qui préserveront la pensée et l'identité des générations de la société, leur culture et leur civilisation. Cette mission se fera selon les différents rôles, celui de la famille avec son éducation, de l'école avec ses méthodes d’enseignement, de la mosquée avec ses fonctions humanitaire, religieuse et tolérante, des confréries avec leur apprentissage spirituel et de la société civile avec son volontaréat coopératif dans l'édification de la société.
Il est indispensable de motiver les institutions sociales et ranimer leurs structures contre la masse de rayonnement de la pollution intellectuelle de tous les domaines qui touchent la société dans son unité et son contournement de ses valeurs fondées sur l'originalité de sa nation et son appartenance culturel et islamique.


بروز الشعار كلغة يتعامل ويتعلق بها المجتمع تبين واقع تأثيره في الأساس الاجتماعي ودوره في بعث رسائل تعبر عن توجه ما، وبما أنه يلفت الانتباه لزم الوقاية به لتكريس هوية المجتمع بواسطة المؤسسات الاجتماعية الفاعلة بالميدان، ولأن البناء الاجتماعي يستوجب تفعيل كل العناصر المؤثرة بداخله لتحقيق الأمن الفكري بالمفهوم الشامل بما يحوي ويوجه هاته القوى بشكل فعال وفق دراسة تحدد الأهداف وترسم الخطط وتقيم الأداء للوصول إلى نتائج تحفظ هوية المجتمع من الانسلاخ.
فوجب بمؤسسات تربي النشء النهوض بشعارات الأمن الفكري المجتمعية، فتحصن فكر هوية أجيال المجتمع الذي يحفظ ثقافتها وحضارتها، بمختلف أدوارها الأسرة ومجال تربيتها والمدرسة بمناهج تعليمها والمساجد بوظائفه الإنسانية الدينية السمحة والزوايا بتلقينها الروحي والمجتمع المدني بتطوعه التعاوني في بناء المجتمع.
مما يستوجب الدفع بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية وتنشيط هياكلها ضد الكم الهائل من إشعاعات التلوث الفكري بكل المجالات التي تمس المجتمع في اتحاده والتفافه حول قيمه المتجذرة في إصالة أمته وانتمائها الثقافي الإسلامي.
