Those who commit corruption often have the skill to conceal their illegal actions, the money to embody that coverage, power through their penetration into political activity, and maneuverability through cross-border movement. The large number of delinquent acts that fall under the description of this type of crime make it a social phenomenon. The penal confrontation of corruption crimes with its various components has several difficulties that limit their effectiveness and reduce the effectiveness of those charged with confronting this social disease. It is imperative that the actors in this field from all the intervening bodies of fighting corruption need to raise a number of challenges to make this fight a success.\nWhat are the most significant difficulties in fighting corruption criminally?
