| 520 | |f The public facility is the positive manifestation of management activity, taking it on its own or in association with individuals, through which it seeks to satisfy public needs. Along the lines of various legislation, the Algerian law sought to regulate, manage, and protect public utilities, thereby achieving stability and development.\nA number of questions have been raised about the concept of a public facility? Its most important elements? And its legal system?\nAll these questions and others I seek to answer in this research titled: Public utilities and their legal system in Algerian legislation. I relied on a set of references in Arabic and foreign languages, as well as some websites.\nI divided this research into two chapters. The first chapter addressed the concept of a general facility by defining its elements and types. | 520 | |a يعد المرفق العام المظهر الإيجابي لنشاط الإدارة، حيث تتولاه بنفسها أو بالاشتراك مع الأفراد، تسعى من خلاله إلى إشباع الحاجات العامة. والمشرع الجزائري على غرار التشريعات المختلفة سعى إلى تنظيم المرافق العامة وتسييرها وحمايتها مما يحقق الاستقرار والتنمية.\nوقد أثيرت تساؤلات عن مفهوم المرفق العام؟ وعن أهم عناصره؟ وكذا نظامه القانوني؟\nكل هذه التساؤلات وغيرها رأيت الإجابة عنها في بحثي هذا تحت عنوان: المرافق العامة ونظامها القانوني في التشريع الجزائري، معتمدا في ذلك على مجموعة مراجع باللغة العربية والأجنبية، وكذا بعض المواقع الإلكترونية.\nوقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى مبحثين، المبحث الأول: تطرقت فيه لمفهوم المرفق العام بتعريفه وبيان عناصره وأنواعه. المبحث الثاني: تناولت فيه النظام القانوني للمرافق العامة وكذا المبادئ الضابطة والمنظمة لها.\nوقد جعلت لهذه المداخلة خاتمة تضمنت مجموعة من النتائج الأساسية التي تم التوصل إليها. | ||

Ainsi que son système juridique?\nToutes ces questions et d'autres que j'ai vues ont répondu dans cette recherche sous le titre: Installation générale et son système Base juridique de la législation algérienne, s'appuyant sur un ensemble de références en arabe et en langues étrangères, Ainsi que certains sites Web.\nCette recherche a été divisée en deux parties: la première traite du concept de l’annexe générale par définition Et la déclaration de ses éléments et types. Le deuxième sujet portait sur le système juridique des services publics ainsi que sur les principes Contrôle et organisation.\nJ'ai fait cette déclaration une conclusion qui comprenait une série de conclusions clés. | ||
