المستخلص: يندرج هذا المقال في إطار الدراسات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تناولت الأهمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للعمل التعاوني في المغرب بالنظر إلى كونه يمثل دعامة أساسية للتنمية المحلية، خاصة في الأرياف. عرف حوض اوريكا تطورا سريعا في عدد التعاونيات الفلاحية، غير أن دورها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ما يزال محدودا بالنظر إلى ضعف الإمكانيات والتمويل. يهدف هذا العمل إلى إبراز مظاهر النظام التعاوني بالمنطقة ودوره في الدينامية المجالية التي يعرفها حوض اوريكا، وتحديد دور المرأة القروية في هذا النوع من الاقتصاد الريفي. وقد اعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على منهج وصفي-استقرائي من خلال دراسة حالة تعاونية نسوية؛ لما تقوم به من أدوار في إدماج المرأة القروية المحلية في مسلسل الإنتاج. لنخلص في الأخير إلى أن النظام التعاوني بحوض اوريكا يعرف دينامية سريعة ويساهم، بشكل كبير، في التحول الاقتصادي والاجتماعي الذي تعرفه المنطقة، بالرغم من الصعوبات التي تواجهه.

The Social economy is a fundamental aspect for local development, especially in rural areas. This article is part of the social and economic studies, which dealt with economic and social importance of collaborative work, especially in Morocco. The "Ourika" basin has seen a rapid development in the number of agricultural cooperatives, but its economic and social role are still limited, given the weakness of the possibilities and funding. This work aims to highlight aspects of the cooperative system in the region and its role in the spatial dynamism in "Ourika" Basin, in addition to defining the role of rural women in this type of rural economy. 1 adopt a systematic, descriptive approach in the study of the status of the cooperative system through the study case of a feminist cooperative, for its roles in the integration of local village women in the processes of production. I also adopt a deductive approach starting from general to the specific in determining the importance of the social economy. To conclude that the cooperative system in "Ourika” Basin has seen a fast dynamism and it contributes significantly to the economic and social transformation that the area has in spite of the difficulties it faces.

L’économie sociale constitue un pilier majeur dans le développement local des compagnes marocaines, notamment dans la vallée d’Ourika. Cet article s’inscrit dans le cadre des études socio- économiques qui mettent le point sur l’importance économique et sociale des coopératives au Maroc. La vallée d’Ourika a connu une extension rapide des coopératives agricoles. Toutefois, leur rôle économique et social, reste encore limité vu l’insuffisance des moyens et du financement des projets. Ce travail vise à analyser le système des coopératives ainsi que leur rôle dans développement socio- économique de la vallée d’Ourika. Nous analyserons en particulier le rôle que joue la femme rurale dans le développement des coopératives. Nous allons détailler un exemple d’une coopérative féminine et nous allons voir de près son rôle dans l'intégration des femmes rurales dans le processus de production. En fin, nous conclurons que les coopératives rurales dans la vallée d’Ourika connaissent une dynamique rapide, et elles participent massivement à la transformation socioéconomique que connait la région, malgré de nombreuses contraintes.
