هدف الدراسة: التعرف على درجة وعي وإدراك المعلمات لبعض حقوق الطفل من منظور تربوي في محافظة القليوبية، والكشف عن مبادئ وثيقة حقوق الطفل، التوصل إلى استبيان يساعد في التعرف على مبادئ حقوق الطفل التي يجب على المعلمة إدراكها، وزيادة وعي معلمات رياض الأطفال وإدراكهن بحقوق للطفل من منظور تربوي. منهج الدراسة: استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح الاجتماعي الذي يهتم بوصف ما هو كائن وتفسيره بهدف التعرف على مبادئ حقوق الطفل من منظور تربوي ومدي وعي معلمة الروضة وإدراكها لحقوق الطفل وتفعليها والاستفادة منها في تعاملها مع طفل الروضة، وذلك باستخدام طريقة الحصر الشامل مما يساعد على التوصل إلى نتائج يمكن تعميمها على معلمات الروضة في مدارس رياض الأطفال. عينة الدراسة: تم اختيار عينة البحث من محافظة القليوبية موزعين على (10) إدارات تعليمية بمحافظة القليوبية حيث بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (616) مفردة مكونة من المعلمات والخبراء ومدراء المدارس. أداة الدراسة: اعتمدت الباحثتان في جمع البيانات الخاصة بالدراسة على استمارة استبيان معلمة الروضة بهدف التعرف على مدى وعي وإدراك معلمة الروضة لحقوق الطفل من منظور تربوي. (إعداد الباحثتان) نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الدراسة الحالة إلى وجود قصور لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال في إدراك حقوق الطفل وهي (الحق في الحياة- الحق في النماء - الحق في الحماية - الحق في المشاركة - الحق المدني للطفل) والوعي بها وأيضا في إدراك الصعوبات التي تحول دون تطبيق حقوق الطفل وتفعيلها. توصيات الدراسة: أوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر ثقافة الوعي بحقوق الطفل وكيفية تطبيقها لدي القائمين علي رعاية الطفل وخصوصا معلمة الروضة من خلال تدريبها أثناء الدراسة وبعدها علي كيفية تفعيل حقوق الطفل.

Study Tool: Albagesttan adopted in data collection for the study on the questionnaire kindergarten teacher in order to identify the extent of awareness and understanding of kindergarten teacher for the rights of the child from an educational perspective.
