هدف البحث الحالي إلي تطوير أداه (روبرك) لتقويم أداء الطالب المعلم في التربية العملية باستخدام قواعد الأداء Rubric تتحدد فيها الجوانب أو العناصر المراد تقيمها والتي تتمثل في التخطيط لإعداد الدروس، صياغة الأهداف، أهمية صياغة الأهداف التدريسية، المحتوي التعليمي، الاستراتيجيات الفعالة وطرق التدريس المستخدمة، استخدام الأنشطة التعليمية، استخدام الوسائل التعليمية، استخدام التقويم كمدخل لتحسين التعليم، مهارة إدارة الصف والوقت، آداب وأخلاقيات مهنة ا لتعليم، امتلاك مهارات اللغة العربية. تم التأكد من الشروط السيكومترية للأداة (الروبرك) بحساب صندوق المضمون بأخذ آراء عينة من المحكمين من ذوي الاختصاص، بعد ذلك تم تطبيق المقياس علي عينة التقنين من طالبات الدبلوم التربوي بمدارس التدريب بمدينة الطائف بالفصل الدراسي الثاني 1431/1432 هـ، لإيجاد صدق التجانس الداخلي للمفردات، وجاء جميع قيم معاملات ارتباط عناصر الأداء بالدرجة الكلية للأداة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي (0.01) وهذا يشير إلي تمتع الأداة بدرجة عالية من الاتساق الداخلي في قياس مؤشرات أداء الطالبات المعلمات. أما الثابت فقد تم تقديره بحساب : معامل ثبات ما بين المقدرين، ومعامل ألفا لكرونباخ باعتباره مؤشرا علي التجانس الداخلي للأداة ولعناصر الأداء المكونة لها وجاء مساويا0.689 وكذا تم حساب الثبات باستخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية لسبيرمان – براون وكان مساويا 0.531 وبتوفر هذه المؤشرات للأداة تصبح صالحة للتطبيق واستخدامها في إجراء البحوث والدراسات التي تتعلق بذات الموضوع.
The goal of current research to develop a tool to evaluate the performance of the student teacher in the educational training by using the rules of performance Rubrics determined the aspects or elements to be evaluated and are these elements in planning for the lessons, the formulation of objectives, the importance of the formulation of instructional goals, educational content, effective strategies and teaching methods used, the use of educational activities, use of teaching aids, use the calendar 'as an input to improve education, classroom management skills and time, ethics and the ethics of the teaching profession, possessing the skills of the Arabic language. Was to make sure the terms of the psychometric tool (rubric) calculates the true content to take the opinions ,of arbitrators from the specialists, then the scale was applied to a sample of students from rationing Education Diploma training schools in Taif city, the second semester 1431/1432 H, where he was a true internal consistency, and came all the values of correlation coefficients overall performance elements of the tool mainly statistically significant at a level (o.ol) and this refers to the enjoyment of the tool with a high degree of internal consistency in the measurement of student performance parameters. The reliability has been estimated calculates reliability coefficient between the estimated and the coefficient alpha of Cronbach as an indication of the homogeneity of procedure of the tool and performance elements of its constituent and was equal to o. 689 and as well as the calculated reliability using the split -half method of Spearman - Brown and was equal to 0.531, as was consistency•with Jutman equation equal to 0,528. And the availability of these indicators to become a valid tool for the application and use in research and studies concerning the same subject
