|b Purpose: The aim of the research is to demonstrate the role of a map of future competencies supporting the client's experiences in enhancing the role of the management accountant based on that on a group of competencies that were derived from the experiences of dealing with clients in commercial banks, through a field survey, the opinion of the respondents on the extent of the impact of the quality of future competencies supporting the customer's experience Promote banking services strategies in commercial banks. Findings: The study found that the most important proposed marketing strategy is the blue ocean strategy for the development of banking services, one of the most important roles of the management accountant in commercial banks, and the most important results were acceptance of the assumption that there is a moral role for future competencies supporting the customer's experience in enhancing the role of the management accountant in commercial banks.

|a هدف البحث إلى بيان دور خريطة الجدارات المستقبلية الداعمة لخبرات العميل في تعزيز دور المحاسب الإداري مستندا إلى ذلك إلى مجموعة من الجدارات التي استمدت من خبرات التعامل مع العملاء في البنوك التجارية، من خلال مسح ميداني رأي المبحوثين في مدي تأثير نوعية الجدارات المستقبلية الداعمة لخبرة العميل في تعزيز استراتيجيات الخدمات المصرفية في البنوك التجارية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن اهم الاستراتيجيات التسويقية المقترحة هي استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق لتطوير الخدمات المصرفية أحد أهم أدوار المحاسب الإداري في البنوك التجارية، وكانت أهم النتائج قبول الفرض القائل بوجود دور معنوية للجدارات المستقبلية الداعمة لخبرة العميل في تعزيز دور المحاسب الإداري في البنوك التجارية.
