|a يتناول البحث الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالجنائز زمن الأوبئة وباء كورونا أنموذجا وذلك في مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الشريعة الإسلامية كرمت الإنسان حيا وميتا بصرف النظر عن اختلاف دينه أو جنسه أو لغته أو مكانه وأن تغسيل ميت كورونا وتكفينه وحمله والصلاة عليه ودفنه له طريقته الخاصة التي تمنع انتشار العدوى بين الأحياء وتحفظ حقوق المسلم الميت الواجبة له بعد الوفاة، وذلك مراعاة للمقاصد الشرعية، والحكم المرعية، والتي تحرص أشد الحرص على حفظ حقوق الأحياء من الموت والهلاك وعلى حقوق الأموات من الترك وعدم المراعاة.

|b The present research tackles the jurisprudential rulings related to the funerals in the times of epidemics: Covid-19 pandemic as a model. The research consists of a preamble, an introduction, and four sections. The study has concluded that the Islamic Sharia honors the human beings whether when alive or dead, regardless of religion, gender, language, or country. Moreover, the processes of washing, shrouding, carrying, praying for, and burying Covid-19 victims have their own specific methods meant to prevent the outspread of the infection among the living, and preserve the rights of the dead Muslim after death. In addition, this is done in order to comply with the general legitimate purposes and observe the rights of the living people from death, or harm, as well as the rights of the dead from abandonment and lack of due care.
