|a تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى تسليط الضوء على المواطنة الرقمية وتغير القيم في المجتمع المصري، من خلال التعرف على انعكاس المواطنة الرقمية على تغير القيم الاجتماعية والأخلاقية والتكنولوجية، فضلا عن التعرف على مقومات المواطنة الرقمية، ومدى الوعى بها بين طلاب الجامعة وباحثيها، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأوجه القصور المتواجدة في المواطنة الرقمية، وكيف يمكن الحد منها، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على إجراءات البحث الوصفي، واستخدام الاستبيان الإلكتروني على عينة عشوائية قوامها (٧٢٠) مفردة، بكلية التربية جامعة الإسكندرية، وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود تحول في القيم الاجتماعية والأخلاقية والتكنولوجية بالمجتمع المصري نتيجة للتحولات التكنولوجية ولزيادة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بصورها السلبية، مما يدل على وجود خلل أو أزمة مواطنة رقمية داخل المجتمع المصري بصورة عامة، وبكلية التربية جامعة الإسكندرية بصورة خاصة.

|b The current study aims to study digital citizenship and the change of values in Egyptian society, by identifying the reflection of digital citizenship on changing social, ethical and technological values, as well as identifying the components of digital citizenship, the extent of awareness of it among university students, researchers, and members, and the shortcomings of citizenship. The study relied on descriptive research procedures, and the use of an electronic questionnaire on a random sample of (720) single, in the Faculty of Education, University of Alexandria, and the results of the study showed the existence of a Transformation in the social, ethical and technological values in the Egyptian society as a result of technological changes and the increase in the use of Social networking sites in their negative images, which indicates the existence of a defect or digital citizenship crisis within the Egyptian society in general, and the Faculty of Education, Alexandria University in particular.
