|b "The treatment of research to the development of historical blogging in Najaf, the theoretical basis of the establishment of a time limit for this codification extended from the years of the second Ottoman era in 1831-1916, which reviewed the historical efforts of all those who were born in Najaf, or lived there, Time, long or short, an expression of the interest of the authors of the history of the city or history in general. The writing of history in the city of Najaf during the Ottoman era witnessed a remarkable activity in the resumption of the traditions of the Islamic historical school influenced by the men of modern and modern and adding to it new traditions that are the result of the social and cultural conditions that occurred in the city at that time. By virtue of its Arab environment and its Islamic traditions, Najaf has remained far from the exotic foreign cultures of the country, in the era of conquerors. The emergence of historical groups is a great evidence that the writing of history and registration of its events is no longer confined to the professional scientists of this science, but has become the subject of interest levels of intellectuals and learners. In particular, Najaf has been characterized by the existence of a large number of historical literary groups. These groups are found to contain very diverse news, such as the death of a scientist, the occurrence of a pandemic, the writing of a book, the military campaign, tribal movements, the digging of a river, the reconstruction of a mosque, About genealogy and translations of all kinds. Such groups, though not a purely historical one, lack a specific approach to blogging and news reporting, but they have expressed a remarkable phenomenon that was marked by moments of historical awareness and interest in recording facts and events. Its importance lies in the fact that it has become a major source for other historians who have reported it in their historical works."
