هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى الوقوف على تحديات التعليم الأساسي المصري دراسة نقدية. وتقتضي طبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها استخدام الأسلوب النقدي وهو معايشة الباحث موضوع بحثه معايشة تسمح له بتعرف العلاقات الدقيقة التي تحكم الظاهر موضوع البحث، مع تناول الجذور التاريخية للمشكلة، وسعي الباحث لمراجعة منطلقاته وطرحه للبدائل القابلة للتطبيق يمكن من خلالها يحافر أزمة التعليم الأساسي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التعليم الأساسي ضرورة قومية، وأحد عوامل الاستقرار، فالتعليم هو الذي يوجه المجتمع لتحقيق أهدافه وأيضا يعكس المشكلات على حالة المجتمع. ولكي يبلغ التعليم مكانته المنوط به ينبغي أن يحدث نقلة في حياة المواطنين، كما أنه ينبغي أن يحدث نقلة في مواجهة التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجه مجتمعهم. ولعل من المنطقي قبل طرح تحديات التعليم الأساسي في مصر والآليات المقترحة لحلها أن نعرف التعليم بأنه: عملية مخططة وممنهجة وفق آليات وشروط محددة لغرس القيم والمبادئ التي تساعد الفرد على حل المشكلات والتكيف مع البيئة وتؤهله للقيام بأي عمل وسوف يسير الطرح عبر المحاور التالية.
The study mainly aimed to examine the challenges of basic Egyptian education, a critical study. The nature of the study and its objectives require the use of the critical method, which is the coexistence of the researcher, the subject of his research, a coexistence that allows him to identify the precise relationships that govern the apparent subject of the research, while addressing the historical roots of the problem, and the researcher's endeavor to review his principles and put forward the applicable alternatives through which the crisis of basic education can be digged. The study concluded that basic education is a national necessity and one of the factors of stability. Education is what directs society to achieve its goals and also reflects problems on the state of society. Perhaps it is logical, before presenting the challenges of basic education in Egypt and the proposed mechanisms for solving them, to know education as: a planned and systematic process according to specific mechanisms and conditions for instilling values and principles that help the individual solve problems and adapt to the environment and qualify him to do any work. The proposal will go through the following axes.
