المستخلص: يعتبر موضوع الهوية في بلد كالجزائر إشكالية حقيقية مرتبطة بتراكمات تاريخية وسياسية وثقافية أثرت سلبيا على بناء نموذج الدولة الوطنية ما بعد الكولونيالية، وهو ما شكل بؤرة تحليل على مختلف المستويات في إطار مقاربة أنساق التغريب التي اخترقت مؤسسات الدولة والمجتمع نحو إنتاج ثنائية نخبوية ولغوية داخل الإدارة والشركات والعلاقات الاجتماعية مما أضر على التنمية والهوية. هذه الورقة تبحث في مسارات تشكل الازدواجية الهوياتية في النموذج الجزائري من منظور قيمي وبيئي حدد طبيعة النظام السياسي بصورة تحتاج لدراسة موضوعية شاملة.

Le sujet identitaire en Algérie représente une grande problématique au niveau historique; politique et culturelle pour le modèle postcolonial de l'état nation algérien victime de l'occidentalisation comme approche institutionnalisé dans différents niveaux de décision touché par le phénomène de dualité linguistique et axiologique dans l'administration et dans la société. Ce papier étude les dimensions de la crise civilisationelle qui caractérise le système sociétal et politique algérien.

The issue of identity in a country like Algeria is a real problem linked to historical, political, and cultural accumulations that negatively affected the building of the post-colonial national state model, which formed a focus of analysis at various levels within the framework of the approach of Westernization patterns that penetrated state and society institutions towards the production of an elite and linguistic binary within the administration and companies and social relations, which harmed the development and identity. This paper examines the paths that constitute the duality of identities in the Algerian model from an ethical and environmental perspective that defines the nature of the political system in a way that requires a comprehensive, objective study.
