|b The objective of this is study to know and understand the reality of the informal sector of self-employed workers in the Bejaia region after the implementation of the 2015 reform of the self-employed regime. This test of evaluation of the informal sector is essential for CASNOS, because of the rapid and profound economic and social changes that our country is experiencing. In this context, and despite the positive results of this overhaul of the scheme for the self-employed at first, but still insufficient in relation to the potential of the self-employed who work in the informal sector for this purpose, it is therefore up to CASNOS, but also to the public authorities to design and implement a policy towards the informal sector. It must take account of the heterogeneity that characterizes this sector, with a view to encouraging them to formalize their activities.

|d L’objectif de cette étude est de connaitre et comprendre la réalité de secteur informel des travailleurs indépendants dans la région de Bejaia après la mise en place de la réforme du régime des non-salariés de 2015. Cet essai d’évaluation du secteur informel est primordial pour la CASNOS, en raison des mutations économique, et sociale rapide et profonde que connais notre pays, Dans ce contexte, et malgré les résultats positifs de cette refonte du régime des non-salariés dans un premier temps, mais reste insuffisants par rapport au potentiel des travailleurs indépendants qui exercent dans l’informel A cet effet, il appartient donc à la CASNOS, mais aussi aux pouvoirs publics de concevoir et de mettre en oeuvre une politique en direction du secteur informel. Celle-ci doit impérativement tenir compte de l’hétérogénéité qui caractérise ce secteur, dans la perspective de les incités à la formalisation de leurs activités.
